Vicious hate crime attack on white 16-year old boy

Oh well, I don't really care about a child who didn't break law. I guess I am actually more concerned about people who beat up others for hours.

If you don't care about a child breaking the law, then why bother setting a curfew? They are there for a reason.

Huh?

I would have cared if a child broke a law, but he didn't. It's others who broke the law.

I don't know this boy's family lifestyle. But I am more concerned about criminals walking around on street. I just want em off the street is all. So I am not gonna focus my energy on a child who lack common sense, but actually on criminals who may be dangerous to others, not just during nighttime. Since we don't know if they will just be limited to nighttime, they might end up doing something far worse during daytime.

I noticed that some cities have curfew law.

In year ago, I got out of work for lunch and drove to Taco Bell at after midnight so stopped at shopping center to eat a lunch and quite myself so city police stopped at front of car and I was like what then police asked me to show of my ID. The police asked me about why park at shopping center at after midnight so I told him that I just want eat a lunch and being quite from crowded so he understand and let me to stay until finish my lunch. I asked him why about stopped me so he thought that I was under 18 years old, that's subjecting to curfew law, however my ID showed that I'm adult.

yes what happened to this poor boy was awful. those 2 men should hang for it. but do I have a sympathy for that poor boy? no not really. not a single tiny bit.

why? based on what I read...

The incident happened as Shane was walking home from a birthday party at a friend's house Tuesday around 2 a.m. on May 25.

Shane said two men called to him from the top of a staircase near the intersection of 14th Avenue SW and SW Holden Street. The men asked for a light, and when Shane walked over to oblige, they knocked him to the ground and started kicking him.

16 years old - minor age. 2am. partying late on school night (underage drinking perhaps?). went to obliged the fellas to light up their cigarette (underage smoking).

that's a serious lack of parental responsibility and common sense. There's a reason why mommy always say to not talk to strangers. so why should I sympathize for this dumbass?

Excuse me, I don't understand your post so please make clarity.

I wasn't smoking or drinking at after midnight, just ate my lunch before went back to work.

Except only adults I see at 2 in the morning are homeless digging from the garbage can, druggies, drunks, potheads, prostitutes, and drug dealers.
don't forget also there are people coming home from a late shift and cops.

Cops are in their cruisers, at late-night 711/coffee shops/fast food or at the station.

Graveyard shift workers tend to own a vehicle or call a taxi since transit lines shut down between 10PM to midnight, depending on the routes and the city itself; on the rare occasion, transits run 'til 1AM to accommodate the bar scene.

So the "cops" and "late shift" are not part of the late-night street demographics.

Speaking of criminals, maybe he was one....some rumors going about out there re: this angle...need to wait for updates?

Oh damn, are your post means some teenagers are smoking or drinking and being fit in same age as me?

or are you means that I have smoking or drinking to get same age as teen does?

no. in your previous post - you said "I asked him why about stopped me so he thought that I was under 18 years old, that's subjecting to curfew law, however my ID showed that I'm adult."

so I replied - "smoke some and drink some. continue until you achieve the desired look for your age."

get it? no? yes?

No.

People who party hard tend to look older. He's saying since you appear to be underaged, you should party a bit so you will look your own age.

Oh really, my face is looks like mid 20's with heavily beard and more muscle/fat in my body.

It would be funny if someone think that I'm underage.
