Vicious hate crime attack on white 16-year old boy

This is very unfortunate situation. I honestly think they were looking for a kick, but I could be wrong.

Let's focus that he should be grateful he is not sitting in the morgue.

I will contact my brother and his family who live in Seattle to see what they think of this.

Brilliant! Lets not loose empathy for the victim and stop blaming the victim just because he happened to be comming home from a birthday party at 2.a.m.

16-year-old teenager. School night. Where were the parents? Hello?

This is not an adult we are talking about. This is a minor we are talking about.

We don't know for sure that it was a school night for this teen

Nobody is blaming the victim. However, the parents should had known better to not let him stay out that late.

It is wrong of two guys torturing and kicking him for heck of it. The most important thing is that he has recovered physically now. Father would go through a terrible trauma if they could have kicked him to death. I am not blaming him because he was on the way home from a party at 2 a.m.

some teenagers like 16 yrs old usually stay up so late after 2 am. Maybe they did communicate with their parents about the time. 2 am is the same thing as 10 pm that anything can happen at any time.

It doesn't matter if there were communication involved. The teenager should had been at home at that time. Especially on a school night. In a lot of places, there is a curfew.

If there are drunk teenagers screaming and running around the city at 2 in the morning, the parents should come and get them.

It's pathetic, really.

I know what you mean but some teenagers are like this. some of them got hurt then learn the lessons or not. If drunk teenagers screaming and running around the city at 2 am then cops should arrest them, simpe as that.

School night still has not been established but you keep saying it was a school night. Now you are saying he was drunk and screaming. Where are you getting your information from? It doesn't matter if it was a school night or not. It doesn't matter what time it was. The poor kid was a victim of a vicious crime. Could have, Should have, would have doesn't change anything. Maybe his parents are liberal and don't hold to cerfew. Many 16 year olds would think that would be great. You ask where where his parents. It really doesn't matter where his parents were. My guess is that they were probably sleeping but again, that doesn't matter. This kid was brutally attacked and all some of you keep doing is blaming the kid and his parents. What about the assholes that perpretrated the crime and their parents and how they were brought up.

Rockdrummer, I didn't say he was drunk. Maybe he was, who knows? I was talking about the teenagers in general. I used a plural, just in case you didn't notice.

It does matter where his parents were. He was at a "birthday party" which he left at 2 am in the morning to walk home.

It was a school night on the 25th of May in the city of Seattle. If you want to argue, argue with the school board of Seattle. They're the one who made the schedule.

The perpetrators should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if found guilty.

who is liviing in utopia? The victim? The Perpretrators?

He was obviously referring to Banjo who grew up in a decent, law-abiding, protective, ad nauseam, environment just like I was. I am much older and attained a life much closer to "utopia"

I was not established from what I have seen until your post. OK so it was a school night. That doesn't change anything. If it was not on a school night it still should not have happened.

Don't be too sure of that. I'm fairly certain it wasn't me he was making a reference to. ;)

It shouldn't have happened because he should had been at home at that time.
