I've never said that. I repeatedly stated in the beginning of other thread that I don't believe he's racist.

I've seen no indication coming from Steinhauer saying that GZ is innocent. Many of us have repeatedly said that court will have access to all of the materials to determine the truth of GZ's standing will we know. There's only so much we know so far. It's merely speculative to even determine anything at this point.

The operator that GZ was speaking with on the phone was not a cop. Please get your facts straight.

no.... steinhauer believes Zimmerman shouldn't be arrested and charged. and steinhauer believes no question should be asked since he believes it's justified. an open-shut case. steinhauer believes there is no wrongdoing in here. steinhauer believes Trayvon was an aggressor.

I think Trayvon got a hint that he was packing a heat. either way - doesn't matter since Trayvon is dead and unavailable to testify to that.

In other words, NOTHING has yet been proven, one way or the other.

Nothing can be discounted yet.

That's why we have trials.

If the EMT had found a broken nose he would have been taken to the hospital that night. Do you have any idea how painful a broken nose is? How much it swells right away?

But yeah. I am waiting to see the medical reports on severe injuries. Surely George will have medical reports to show the court. I am also waiting for autopsy reports to see if there was any bruising or cuts on Trayvon's body that would show a fight like George described.

Taken to the hospital for broken nose??? What???? Are you kidding me??? Yes, I have had a broken nose and it didn't send me to the doctor or hospital!

If they don't want the liability, then they're covered by calling EMS and letting them check out Zimmerman, which they did. EMS still can't order Zimmerman to go to the hospital as long as he's ambulatory.

They are only transported when they (suspect) request to be transported or they are so severely injured that it is needed! They (Police/City) has to pay the bill if they are in custody so they certainly don't transport without a request or unnecessarily!

Unless you are a doctor, then, you don't know if if was broken or not.

If his head was being bashed in the way some people would like it to look like, then he would have been pretty severely injured.

Taxpayers foot the bill.

Yep. And EMS cleaned him up and let him go. He did not even bother to go to the doctor until the next day. So he says. May not have gone to the doctor at all. Who knows.

Exactly. The lead investigator testified at the bond hearing that they have evidence to show that it was not self defense. Can't wait for that evidence.
