Could be he shoved Martin (which is why it is reported that Martin dropped the phone he was talking on), Martin shoved back, and George slipped in the wet grass and busted his head on the sidewalk. After all, the shooting took place in the grass, not on the concrete.

I believe that Trayvon was fearful for his life at that time because he was being followed by a paranoid lunatic with a gun.

Again, lots of speculations like before. We don't have access to any additional info, witnesses accounts, the timeline accounts, evidence and what not. Best to wait until the court have all those in place for them to decide on how it happened and what happened.

Timeline has been posted a lot on different news sources.

So you agree that talking about brain damage or even if Trayvon caused the cuts on his head without proof is jumping the gun?

Though not directly from the court to be used. I'm more interested in what the court is provided in terms of evidence and such. Not the news media. They were sure darn positive they had proof that GZ didn't receive any head injuries in that police video. :roll:

I never claimed that GZ received or will get brain injury but, again and again, pointed out that even with a mild head injury caused by a blow to the head even without signs of concussion can manifest itself as a brain injury days, weeks or months later. No jumping the gun. It's all in your imaginary little head. My emphasis is to wait and see what is brought to the court for them to make the determination of GZ's guilt or innocence and what not.

So which is it? Are you going to keep guessing and speculating or are you going to wait for the evidence? No evidence of any type of brain injury.

you do realize that a video enhancement by ABC news is not considered as an evidence?

once you enhance something, the truest evidence is altered and should be treated as circumstantial at best.

There were no speculation to begin with. He's in the clear so far as far as I can tell. The only way to be absolutely sure is a CT scan but he shows no symptoms at this point as far as I am aware of. So, that's the good news.

good news for his well-being. probably bad news for his defense because it may dispute his claim.

And Zimmerman was a man following him for no reason. Enough to make anyone a little fearful. And that's before Trayvon found out he had a gun.

Wouldn't it make you a little jumpy if someone just started following you on your way home for no reason? Wouldn't you worry about what they wanted and why they were following you?
 
We have no indication or idea whether TM was aware that GZ had a gun on him in the beginning. Once again, all this goes back to the court to find out.

If he knew, that would be even more reason to be scared of Zimmerman. A man with a gun following you for no reason.

The lead investigator for the state told the court during the bond hearing that he doesn't have an evidence on who started it. Therefore there's no evidences on who was the aggressor. What do you think about that?

We don't know if he even knew. Also, there were a string of robberies in that neighborhood.

I assume that the argument will go further back. was it preventable? was Zimmerman in the wrong by pursuing him when Trayvon didn't commit any crime?

if Zimmerman had no legal rights or valid reason to pursue Trayvon... he would be an aggressor in this case.

most convictions in murder cases are rarely based on "slam-dunk" concrete evidence.... otherwise why would it go to trial? it's impossible to defend yourself if there are slam-dunk evidences that clearly placed you at the murder scene witnesses and/or video/picture of you with murder weapon on your hand, killing a person.

most convictions are based on circumstantial evidence and and reasonable doubt. right now, it's not looking good for Zimmerman unless there are enough evidence beyond reasonable doubt that would acquit Zimmerman.

You should probably avoid casinos. You speculated that Zimmerman had no injuries when the police video was released. You were proven wrong. You speculated Zimmerman said "coon" on the phone to the 911 dispatcher, and you were proven wrong. You speculated Zimmerman was a racist, after the Reuters investigation, you were proven wrong .... Just stay away from the kool aid and you should be fine.

And you speculate that Zimmerman is innocent . You have no idea what happen that day . Only two people do and one is dead. No one know if Trayvon attacked Zimmerman from behind . You can't deny the fact if Zimmerman had listen to the cops and did not follow Trayvon , he would still be alive! Zimmerman is the reason a 17 yo kid is dead!
