I just came home from a job interview about 20 minutes ago and... I... just... got... a... summer... job!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)
I will be working at a brand new amusement park. So now that I'm guaranteed employment in the summer, I'm not as worried about not getting a job at the tourist attraction I mentioned earlier (it was the one where I'd work February to April). If they get back to me, though, I will still take it

OH GOD! I HATES COLD!!! GRR! When will spring gets here?! HURRY UP! I want warm so I can go out for a walk with my baby! Only option is at the mall so I can get some my work out...no Wii Plus yet...once I do, then i won't deal with stupid cold weather!

And hurry up August! I wanna go back to OBX! :giggle:

Ahh but we can all toast his success of getting a job tomorrow night the the ADHH (AllDeaf Happy Hour)( yes I am going to spell out all my ancronyms to you for a while ;P)...and long distance too if we all raise a glass at around the same time!

My congrats go out to Loghead for the summerjob! I know what it feels like :D though I guess we all do...

He was a fantastic dog. We loved him to death. When we had to move, we couldn't take him with us, so a friend who had a scrap yard got him and he bacame a guard dog. He is still there, just very old. He's now 24.

Practice really hard - I have to work on doing a video of me doing my signs. I just thought it might help me to learn better and to see where I need a little more help.
 
I had planned to get a new webcam today. It's 37F right now and I don't want to go out. Will procrastinate more...

And were you going for a little drive in that frigid air? :lol:

I'm hoping for the chance to walk out to dinner in the brisk Iowa air as my daughter has no car and since I am blind it works poorly if I drive. :laugh2:
