Skipping Breakfast (Just for Info)

I remember one guy posted somewhere, he believed the USMC Warrior Breakfast was a healthy diet. the warrior's breakfast is the huge meal the recuits eat after they complete "the crucible". the meal is an "all you can eat" of steak, eggs sausage, potatoes, pancakes and even ice cream....

I just saw picture of black pudding, it looks like gross and yuck.

How about this way of saying it.

We all know that we need a source of calcium. Calcium is what makes our bones, teeth strong, heart functions, and muscles for workout.

Where do you get high intakes of calcium from? Most obvious answer is any kind of milk - soy, regular milk, rice milk, goat milk, protein shakes and drinks, dairy etc..

Most other foods like cabbage, breads and other stuff don't have a high source of calcium.

Milk generally seems to be taken in the morning during breakfast along with cereal or coffee or chocolate or whatever else peeps are drinking it with.

If you are skipping calcium, you may (I did not say will) get osteoporosis when you get older and your bones are all weak, fragile or can break.

I eat breakfast every morning. it take a few hours before i can eat a meal, but enjoy a nice breakfast every morning...

great excuse

i know i can read. was referring to what the UK eats for breakfast in general

Oh yup, breakfast in UK seems different than in North America.

UK don't have Pop Tart, I believe so and it's good for fast meal.

These aren't health reasons at all. The reason why people get sick is because their body are not used to it. If you haven't eaten for a good while, your body will need time to get used to it. Otherwise, people may not be eating right.

I had skipped the breakfast on mixed days or maybe longer, after that when I start eat breakfast and don't get sick because of not used with breakfast, unlike one ADer mention it.

I only got sick for eat breakfast is from McDonald's in random time and don't eat anymore.

I'm generally tolerant of any kind of food except sea cucumbers and bitter melons, but I just searched up black pudding for the heck of it.

Black pudding or blood pudding is a type of sausage made by cooking blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. It is also called blood sausage.

Pig or cattle blood is most often used; sheep and goat blood are used to a lesser extent. Blood from poultry, horses and other animals are used more rarely. Typical fillers include meat, fat, suet, bread, sweet potato, barley and oatmeal.

Black pudding is usually served as part of a traditional full breakfast in England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and the Canadian provinces of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador.

I don't think I could eat this....

Pop Tarts? I hate Pop Tarts. Besides it's definitely not a good substitute for breakfast.

Huh? Pizza for breakfast? Why not? It's just a food after all...it goes to your stomach. Does an Owl person counts? I am not a morning person either.

Don't say it's good for you because it isn't.

Why? then don't eat it.

I can eat food whatever I want if it's not good for me, food is food.

Pop Tart is most America's favorite food for breakfast, if it don't good then Kellogg should discontinue it but don't happen so.

No, you are missing the point. You said that pop tarts is good for you. It isn't.

Besides, Pop Tart is available in Canada too. But would I say it's the favourite food for breakfast in either Canada or America?

Nah.

Just to clear some stuff up going on, think there's some transliteration mixups not sure but anyways here goes.

I think what Foxrac meant it is good to him as it appeases to his taste buds, so he can choose whatever tastes good to him that he wants.
Not the good in terms of health sense. He probably knows it's not healthy.

What Banjo's saying is that it's not good for health. That's true, because if you look around at the contents of poptarts or even read the wiki entry, you'll find that info around.

just thought I'd toss that in.

Edit, oh yeah, here we go:

Nah.

Whatever you say, it's on your own.

It's on my own to eat so I can eat whatever I want, who cares if it's not good for you.
