Circumcision can be reversible to un-circumcision.

Wrong. In academia, anti-Semite applies to hatred of Jews and Arabs both. Every single seminar I attended about Judaism and Islam emphasis this. If the Jews say it applies to Arabs, then it applies equally to Arabs as well.

Don't use Wikipedia for everything.

Just like removal of CI, you will have small crater left on head that you cannot see but you can feel it, I guess so because I haven't imagine about removal of CI in my life.

You only want it to be applied by what YOU say....

Ask a Jewish Rabbi about it and I'm pretty sure that a Muslim doesn't want the definition of anti-Semite be applied to them as it may very well be an insult to them given their 1500 year history of hate towards all things Jew.

Wrong, the anti-semitic sentiment toward Jews within Islam is a recent 20th century phenomenon sparked by Muslims being sent being educated in Europe. Like most Western-educated people, they were exposed to the concepts in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Then they brought that anti-Zionist racist crap back home with them to preach to their own people.

By the way, the first book translated into Arabic was done by a Christian in 1928. Islam haven't acquired a translation of that book until 1951.
