I will update this soon.

WHOOHOO!!!!!!!!! it's coming lol.. smile.. I knew this was gonna happen lol.. thanks for the fast info!!! lol

by the way, I couldn't find the jivetalk post, anyways, I have about 2 days actually a day left on the free trial .... in order to continue I have to pay (it's understandable) my question is.... Why do they need your full name, address in order to apply the key??? as since I'm from Canada, all the info will be attached to the USA law... ack.... Another question is... as you see that for 29.95 it's transferrable to another device... actually I think once I get a new bb curve I would just go for the 19.95 what's the difference since it will have a different Pin number... Any suggestions??

what's Windows Media DRM & MTP (those codes stands for??)

DRM - Digital Right Managements - Make sure you are not pirating or stealing music or video that you download blah blah blah just more junks to control your software.

MTP - Media Transfer Protocol - suppose to make it easy for you to transfer music or video or picture etc from device to device.

You said, "confirmed", but I don't see a link to the source.

I called Tmobile this afternoon. They told me that they don't have it right now but they are working on problem on Curve. I asked is it a software issue. He said yea that's one of them. I asked him about the Curve in Germany. He said yeah.. Other country get them first. We in USA are working on Curve and have no known set date until the problem worked out. I asked about the Tethered Modem (Phone As Modem) plan. He said it should be included in Data only plan.. He said can use Tmobile Wifi Hot Spot.. (Hinting that Curve will have WiFi capability) He said it is a BB 8320 (Curve). And I asked about payment. Originally $19.99 for data only plan but few min later he said $29.99 for BB Curve or BB 8800 so they're pretty much the same as SK2 plan. As for video. I asked if it can download and can watch video through media player. He said he didn't have any idea but yes same as 8800, either transfer from PC and watch video or download and watch video.

I thanked him and he said welcome and he's looking foward to own a Curve too!! He's glad that I'm excited.. I told him I'll wait until it come out.

LOL

There's always way around the DRM tho.

T-Mobile launching BlackBerry Curve (8320) on September, 24th

T-Mobile launching BlackBerry Curve (8320)
tmobilecurve.jpg

Well, isn’t this a glorious day. You begged, you pleaded with the T-Mobile gods, and now we finally have something concrete. It seems as if September 24th is the rumored launch date set in stone for one of the most anticipated BlackBerry devices to date — the BlackBerry Curve with WiFi + UMA (8320). We’ve got a string of other handsets we’re sifting through at moment from our oh-so-fabulous informants, but in the meantime, I guess we can all just "marinate" on this BlackBerry Curve launch date. Yeah, it’s golden. Hey T-Mobz, care to send us an embargoed unit? Thank ya’s

Thanks, boy genius report!

LOL. I was at other blogs under "ISP and Programming". You will see bunch of these from me. ROFL. I took my "time" off from Blackberry topic just to wait for Curve to come to Tmobile. That's why you haven't seen me quite a while. I'll be around tho.

Does Cingular 8525 offers TAP? I need more info about TAP, thanks.

Yes, TAP program does cover on AT&T(formerly Cingular) 8525. It include 5,000 text msg, unlimited data plan. It costs $ 29.99 per month.

You have to fill out the applications and ur audiology will fill out other part of ur application then you either fax or send to NCCD(National Center for the Customers with Disabilities before they will switch expensive plan to TAP plan.

If you have any question about TAP program, you can call NCCD at 1 866 241 6568 voice or 866 691 7265 TTY.

They will be more than happy to help u this.

One poster says 3.2Mpixel camera, for the 8320, the Boy Genius report says 2.0Mpixel. I think the 2.0Mpixel specs are more accurate.
