Oh, really? An older sister takes the law into her hands after her young brother got killed by a gang? SMH

If you mean that they let it begone and get over with it, they don't care that the criminals whom they haven't reported will keep killing other people including children. This is not Africa.

Another reason is that many black people are cop haters so those witnesses refuse to cooperate with cops.

That black deaf ex-coworker told me that a long time ago. It hasn't changed at all.

a cheap intenrment so on ...shoukd suffice...what ever new york state does with unclaimed bodies....should be fine

You need to understtand WHY the police are looked at and reaceted to by black,urban poor or poor communities...
There are valid reasons for hoW many react to the police.

So many Blacks are cop haters...but want the Cops to solve the crime(s)...and there's a lot of them...maybe next time they can call a Crack Head to solve the crime against them or their families....Or they can just shut up and deal with it themselves....solution solved?

Well look. The cops get paid to do a job. If they wont do it. Or.cant. maybe they shouldnt get paid.
If you support extra kegel ways of sokving plms. Then cool. But that actually makes one a.criminal.
Believe it or not solving plms like the above yourself is considered by the state to be criminal.
Heres the thing.
If one is living in the hood. In poverty. Surounded by thugs and criminals. Cops come in cops go. If you expect single mothers, or anyone to put their lives in jeoperdy to ratt the crook out next door to cops whos onky interest is the paod job and are their only breiffly in shifts.

Its not just a blAck thing.
Their are very legitimate reasons why there is mistrust of the police. Allot ofbthat has to do with police methods, hewvy handedness, blatant extra judicial murder, police criminalitY so on...
