I've given my answer and I'm not going to keep repeating myself.

Good and evil are not for governments to determine. Their realm is legality and illegality. Sometimes they intersect but not always. Not all good things are legal and not all evil things are illegal. In the case of murder, that is one thing that is both evil and illegal.

Ive aked you a pointed question on your "facts" reba, and on your "long before" claim.
Ive asked a few times for you to demonstate your facts and show how you know your claim.maybe your psycic, maybe your cyrstal ball told you,
You wont answer. And thats alright. Because i know facts in that regard you have none.
So i only ask then for you refrain from claiming facts in regards to this when all it is is your opinion.

If you have any samples of wrriting prior to the startification of classes and the emergence of the state pls by all means post them...after all your the one who claims "long before the state and government" so i assume you have some evidence material, rock srt, something to back this up....

Here is one plm in regards to allowing the state to declare what is evil and what is not.
So
Murder is evil.

Take the case of dominque dunne. A famous one. She was strangled to death by her boydriend. She was the older sister in the poltergiest movie.and was killed at 22.
The boyfriend. Was charged with murder but was found gulty not of murder. But of the lesser charge of manslaughter, even though he starngled her to deth with his bare hands.
He served 6 years...for killing her,
Now since he is not a murdererer, i guess we can all agree he then is not evil nor commited an evil act right?
He by definition is not a murderer.
Hes a killler.

The state does not declare what is evil and what is not. The state declares what is legal or illegal.

Please clarify your statement and I can't understand about what are you talking.

Don't forget about Richard Lee McNair - he escaped from US prison and entered Canada but eventually he caught by Canadian authorities.
