Richard Matt And David Sweat, Convicted Murderers, Escape From New York Prison

Dont know...either...
But they wont keep you in SEG for life unless they send him to florence..or something
Since he wasa model prisoner for some years beforebthe excspe.with no.viokence against screws, i thibk he will be eventually allowed back to g pop on range and yard
Even in SEG kites will be sent congratualing him...
Mark my signs.
Now..
Whats going to haooen with the women?
Since his partner Matt died during the escape, will that be something that will be legally held against Sweat?

Women? I only know about the one at the prison. Matt's death might be held against her, too.

On the news they said that Sweat was shot twice and coughing up blood.

Maybe...but he was a lifer.so ot wont matter much to him...the woman...i dont know if the state will throw the book at her for matts death..
He was a murderer escsped con..
Hes dead.
Not much loss for society right?
if it was some kkds killed or a woman or innocents sure ...
But i hope the state doesnt toss the book at her...
Mercy shoud be shown.her
No one was hurt by the escsped cons..
Besides matt gunned down by border paptrol..
And sweat shot.
So i hope mercy is shown the woman.

So the border portrol shot a sick man three times in te head.
Alright
If only they had such vigilence on the mexican border rather then the canadian...
Oh wait a minute......
Nevermind...

I did read that Matt was "coughing" and fired a shot...they questioned why he fired a shot.....so I'm leaning towards the obvious...since they found a bloody sock(s)...he was sick, he was drinking.... and his feet bleeding....and he had vowed not to be taken alive...so he might have fired the shot to give Sweat a chance to run as the police would be arresting him and giving Sweat a chance to escape...

Great ! Now people will be able to get on with their lives and not have to worry about the convicts breaking into their home while sleeping.

It will be interesting to see if the two that helped the convicts escape will be held accountable for Matt's death.

I'm sure that he will spend rest of his life in solitary confinement.

Yeah...the run is finally over...and what a run!...but the media will be talking about this for a long time....
As for the "Lady"...who helped them escape...she'll lose her job...and most likely, her husband along with several years of her Life in prison....She must be very "weak minded" to do what she did...She aided and abetted these inmates...and one was killed...so!..Yes, she needs to be in prison.

I can Lifeline movie making a movie out this real soon , they did with the
Crag list killer .
Sweat is going to a difference prison but according to the news the police are saying which one . The police know which it's , I guess they don't want the news reporters camping out there waiting for Sweat.

Tonight. 9pm EST on the InvestigativeID channel, will be showing the Escape...

Don't feel anyone would live spending the rest of their life in solitary....he'll be in the hospital...then the jail...then another trial...and sentencing...Someone I know spent 12 months in solitary....(for attempts to escape)...when he got out of prison...he cannot at any time "be alone"...even years after his release from prison...really does a number on their heads.

The question really is for how long..

Somw spend their lifes umber on their heads.

It dePends ..
prisons like florence adx (as an example) are just solitry till you die..
Plenty of cons adapt.
The unibomber is one.
He would of died been unable to cope if they put him in a midium security yard with other cons...instead they took a hermit and put him in solitary...
And hermits cope.just fine with that...
Not everyone breaks in solitary...
I know many wish that..
But
Humans are very tough creatures..and if you can adapt, you will.
I spent long stetches in SEG...long ones..
its just about the mind in there...thats all.

I doubt he'll be confined in worse conditions as prior to the breakout. Those two men should have been shot years ago instead of wasting tax payers' money keeping them alive all this time.

C,mon laura...
.....
Spread the love girl.....

Since you spent long stretches in solitary (Hoichi)...how did you cope?...Do you think being deaf helped somewhat?...Otherwise, inmates in solitary that can "hear"...I don't feel they do so well...they have to listen to the screaming and yelling in there...hence, with a deafie, it's all quiet...as it's all quiet to deafies....

Prison can break people...it does often!...I knew a deafie (at birth) here in my City that was sent to prison for bank robbery....of course, he was "passed around"...until an inmate that knew ASL started talking to him and they became friends and had each other's back...After his release, he became an alcoholic...then committed suicide...the chats we did have were not pleasant...(I knew his Mother)....

Do agree, Prison is no place for a deafie...actually, it's no place for anybody, the last place anyone would want to be....

@ RR , :ty: for the info but I don't have InvestigativeID channel , I only the basic cable. I would love to had seen the show.

Some escapees sent rest of their life in solitary confinement, especially for worst crime like murderers.

He got life sentence with no parole so he won't come out until he dies.

The authorities prefer to keep them alive so they can be intensively interrogated about how they escaped with help, so it may boost the charges for woman who helped them to escape.
