Told ya my charm was too powerful for you to put me on ignore list. :giggle:

Now you know how I feel when you spout out same stuff everyday.

With that, I'm done!

an ad hominem is a fallacy in which a claim or argument is rejected on the basis of irrelevant facts.

trolling is one poster following another on various threads to incite arguments.

Jiro, Hear Again, thank you. :ty:

could it be that you are thinking he's trolling or is it just he happened to have logged in to certain things looking at new post

secretblend is trolling me. he's never posted in any of the topics concerning mental health before, so i know for a fact he's trolling. he also wants to take the opportunity to incite me by agreeing with reba as a means of personal attack. i already apologized for what i did, so there was no need to write :gpost:

with that, i have nothing more to say about secretblend since it is off-topic.

Good grief, lady, quite the spitfire, aren't you?

This is probably too late for most people to see, but hopefully if they do see it..

I stand neutral on the whole issue. I don't see a harm or a benefit of having or not having a psychoneurology-type forum. It's 50/50 to me.

If one is created however, I would suggest that there is a disclaimer to be edited or added into the registration policies stating that neither Alex nor any mods nor users of alldeaf.com in general are responsible for the outcomes that happens in the "Psych" section. Reason said is because the advice there, will not come from you, and should something happen to someone and a loved one comes to seek revenge on the cookie trail, it doesn't bode well for anyone. Not just Alex, but everyone else on the forum.

Plus, you want to state that members unaffiliated with the psych "diagnosis" for people in that section, are not responsible for sudden outbursts by members under mental illness or in that form, because I can easily see anyone randomly saying something might get caught in the line of fire between two others discussing something, and as a result some people may get infuriated even further.

If one is to not be created, we just simply proceed as we always have been. I do recognize a surge in the recent topics regarding mental health, but perhaps it's some things that are triggering it. Certain people prefer to ask medical related questions, and the rest of the bunch proceed to answer if they are experienced or if offering an opinion in that area. I would have to say however, recently as late as December there was one member responsible for a major surge in health related discussions.

It's actually the person that initiates the talking, everyone just follows suit afterwards.

PS. I also have to add, on this forum we're not just about one particular hobby or something in general. It seems like this is a virtual reality of our real life, where we come to actually converse, joke around, enlighten each other and that such. There aren't that many of these types of forums out there, because usually most forums are based on one particular thing. Like Rotten Tomato's forums, Car Forums, Game Forums.. ETC. Those do have discussion about general things like ours, but it's not in-depth where we're open about everything. We're like an online villa/community when everyone is talking, really. Its understandable why we have the need to converse though, since some of us are hard of hearing or deaf in one way or the other.

ncff07 - good examples of trolling here for you to see. This is what I deem as serious trolling, not lighthearted or joking type of trolling. This is the kind to get you warned/banned.
