How come we don't see Hamas and the Palestinians sending missiles to Jordan? Jordan stole their land and won't let them back in. Why aren't the Palestinians trying to storm their borders?

Also, if it's just land that the Palestinians want, why do they always shout, "Death to Israel?" :hmm:

No idea, reba I didnt know that, unless you are referring to ancient times and not recent, if so thats like saying you'll all move out of the US and give the indians their land back, if they have took land this century can you send me a link please? I didn't know that.

I agree with that statement, it's something we took for granted.

The only difference between that and here is that the Native Americans did not counter back at a large scale as the Palestinians are.

I also find it Ironic too, do you guys recall the basics during the conquest of the New World - was for 3 major reasons I think..
expanding land, religion, profiteering.

after rebas post i decided to have a look into it, found a site talking about it, and it was obviously written by someone from israel, however it was an interesting read, will pm ye the link jillio.

Exactly. Israel was taken from Jewish people by the Romans (Titus). Now they are fighting to keep it once they got it from the British via UN.

It would have made for much more interesting history if the Native Americans had access to the same type of weaponry we have today.:giggle:

I know :lol: i wait in interest to see how far we're going to go back in history to justify Israels mindless killing of civilians.

it's really ridiculous to say you are entitled to land took off you 2000 and odd years ago, then kick everyone else out:lol:

I don't blame Palestinians. Israel has very nice beach and the famous Dead Sea. Israel's in a nice cozy location compared to Jordan.

Anyway, did you notice that the Obama camp is strangely silent on this issue? Maybe that's a good thing---just cut off the exorbitant aid we give Israel and see how long they last.
Either that, or just turn both areas into a giant skating rink, lol.

Most Native Americans were peaceful people. Weapons would be scoffed at. You could try smallpox-infested blankets but again, not a vengeful lot of people.

I think you misunderstood me. Macian thinks that Israelis are kicking everybody out. I showed the link showing that Israelis are NOT kicking everybody out as there are many different religions in Israel like Druze (a muslim sect), Baha'i (another muslim sect) and christians.

I know that the government would banish an arab troublemaker to Gaza to protect the Israeli citizens.

I was responding to why 77% Palestinian-Arabs want to stay in Israel despite of crampy condition... with different reasons.
 
I think it is pretty sad that one third of the dead in Gaza are children (220 plus so far). Israel has precise bombing, so one has to wonder where their humanity is.

and Gaza Strip is pretty tiny... Sending in 64 fighter jets is quite overkill... Plus.... with Gaza Strip that small surrounded by concrete barriers and walls.... it should be somewhat easy to keep a tab on them via spying/surveillance...

well... epic fail.
