is wine good for you???

Kahlua is a coffee liqueur. If you put milk (or some people use cream) in it, you make an alcoholic drink called a White Russian. Vodka is also added, but I don't add the vodka. It is SO good! :D

Yes, you are right..it is called White Russian but it is usually with
vodka..i like it too but not with vodka..it gives me migraine headache..
ouch! yeah, it is sooo good, soo sweet, yumm! lol!
I like wine but i cant drink the red ones cuz it gives me migraines also..
i can drink white ones, no problem..i very seldom drink any alcoholic
drinks, though...not crazy for them.
Oh,i forgot..i absolutely hate beer, eeeww!

I like Black Russian too (not White Russian). I forgot what you put in the drink, but it tastes good.

Oohhh, that reminds me of one terrible hang-over I had for 2 days! I cant drink that stuff...tastes good but the hang-over? Cant handle it. LOL!

i usually drink red wine to help me to chill and sleep better, also, for dinner, must suit to meal what i make.

I went to my niece first communion, and the cup she was drinking out of was grape juice not wine. Everyone at that church drank the same thing.

Obviously, she was not Catholic, Greek Orthodox, Lutheran, Episcopalian, or Anglican.

Yep! I sometimes like to mix grape juice with orange juice. ;)

Orange Juice and Grape Juice all together??? I haven't even tried that one, haha. This is something new to me, lol. How does it taste?

I was raised Lutheran, and we all had wine for holy communion. We also had grape juice just for the kids and for those who don't drink alcohol at all.

Yes, She is Catholic.

Then she got wine. Or let me say it this way....I have attended in excess of 100 first communions, including my own, and if this one served grape juice, it is the only one that, in my experience, ever has.

Hey, Chase....how 'bout you? Do you know of a Catholic Church that serves grape juice for communion? If this is a recent practice ( and it would have to be in the past year, since that was the last First I attended) I know some altar boys that are going to be very disappointed! LOL.

**nodding** In the Catholic Church, kids don't take communion until they are confirmed. Normally around the age of 12. Then they take communion with the rest of the congregation, and they get the communal sacramental wine same as adults. For the adults that are alcoholic, they simply skip the saramental wine and go straight to the wafer.

True, I also was raised Catholic and sip the wine. My teenage son was confirmed at Lutheran Church and also sip the wine, too. Afterward, we cheer up each other with half glass of champagne.

Yes, it does the same with my teenage son, too after confirmation.

It says, Most church in today's time take holy communion with grape juice nor cranberry juice and also stated that any age is allow to receive their first communion, not only at the age of 12.

Your link is not working... I find interesting that holy communion or confirmation drink grape juices, not wine. I was raised to know that there´re alway have wine.
