The ex-girlfriend that turned him in says she has been hiding since last May because she feared the consequences from the Sheehan and his supporters.


But it is possible that she already had one without anyone knowing, not ever the authorities or the media, god knows who. I pray for her safety even I'm on no one's side. No offense sharyn350z.

Because it is not reported in the news reports, nor has she mentioned a protection order, either in her statements here, or her statements to the press. Protection orders are a matter of public record. Nor is there a record of assault leading to bodily injury. The gaps in her story are glaringly obvious.

And, you are speculating, as well.

I'm not speculating, even I'm on no one's side but I still support sharyn350z. But as you mention that every details had be discussed in the news, but there is something missing in this story that sharyn350z is not telling us or mentioned in the news. There is indeed a missing pieces to this story. And I have to agree with jillio on everything.

If her injury was connected to the crime, it most certainly would have been reported, and there would have been additional charges.

If she was in such fear, why did she come out of hiding to speak with the press?

Exactly. Her story does not match to the official reports of the crime she claims to have witnessed.

And I have another question. Why did she join this forum asking about hearing aids when she already knew that her deafness was somatiform in etiology? Why did she hide the real reason she was here until she had established a rapport, and then all of a sudden recommend that people Google up information on the man that she turned in? Seems a bit manipulative and vindictive in nature.

This poster is definately exhibiting behavior that would indicate that she is in need of mental health treatment. We can all agree on that.

I don't agree. Maybe she tripped on her way out the door. What charges would be filed and against who? Maybe she is talking to the news for exposure to protect herself. You don't have enough information to draw the conclusions you have

But if she was in fear of retaliation from this man, why wasn't she in hiding then? It was after she turned him in, and she says that she feared consequences from turning him in. If she was that afraid of him, why was she speaking to the press after she turned him in? The logical solution, if her interest was in protecting herself, would have been to get a protection order. She went to the press instead. Sound more like she was interested in the publicity.

If she tripped on her way out of the door, her injury is not connected to the crime.

Oh she is hiding, trust me otherwise something should have happen to her by now. She shouldn't have stay in public after she turn him in. Because she need all the protection she can get. She did the right thing and now the consequences are against her. Very risky I know. It's a price she is willing to pay. Everything comes with a price.

Your opinion. I disagree. She could have been running from him when she saw that he was downloading child porn, or after he heard about her turning him in. You don't have enough facts and evidence to draw any conculsion.

Oh, so you think that she saw him downloading porn, and ran screaming from the house? Funny, she didn't even bother to report him until after the breakup of the relationship. Highly unlikely that she was in his home after she turned him in. And, she also admits that she knew of his activities for quite some time before she turned him in.

I'm not drawing conclusions. I am offering possibilities based on the facts that are available. You, however, are adding embellishment to the facts as reported.

It better be a logical explanation, because she is getting herself in a dangerous situation and exposing herself in a situation she can't get out.

It is best to wait for an explanation I think. Who knows, she might be nothing more than someone seeking attention. Time will tell.
