How are you feeling today?....

I'm aware of that. That's why I said 'had'. My friend passed away. If he were still living, we would know if he eventually required a license or not.

Ah I see. Sorry for your loss though.

No, I don't. That topic has already been discussed.

I for one hasn't been aware this was already discussed. So with that being said, the question begs it. What exactly is preventing you from obtaining a driver's license? :hmm:

My Tourtte's Syndrome. IL won't let me have one, because in their eyes, having that and driving makes me a danger to the public, and there's no argument from me, cause it's true.

Ah I see. I just read that some people with that Syndrome can drive as long as the disorder is under control with medication. After all, you are erring on the side of caution! :thumb:

That's if their cases are mild or moderate. Mine is neither-- it's a severe case, but over the last several years, it has slowly gotten better, but not good enough to be able to focus on the road.

Yeah, I understand. Could that also possibly be why you had difficulty with balancing a pizza box and riding a bike?

Yeah, about that..... I didn't actually ride my bicycle home with the pizza box-- took the bus, but the balancing act was real-- a large pizza box in one hand, just barely hanging on, and a large bicycle in the other hand, trying to keep it steady and not cause a fiasco. Now imagine me balancing both at the same time walking home, and trying to figure out how I was gonna get through the door.

Ah I see. You could have tried to put the pizza box on the top of your head with the bike leaning on your side as you make an attempt to unlock your door. Ha. That'd be a great balancing act!

I was tempted to do that, but chose to bring one in, then the other. Far less complicated that way.

Not much of a risk taker, are you? Ha. Yeah, it'd be better to do that if you want to ensure that there won't be a fiasco in which the pizza will tumble out of the box onto the ground and be no longer edible.

Correct.

So does the state of Texas as it requires one to obtain a Class M driver's license.

Guess I am good to go if I decide to buy a moped but I don't see that happening at all!
