Not really. I'm very much like my Dad-- take it one day at a time, and never look too far ahead. Works really well for me.

You apparently haven't been under much pressure or even been a workaholic.
Time goes by differently when you're working and not working. When you work, time drags on. When you don't work, like you do, time is yours to do anything with it therefore the time goes by differently.
Please do come back when you get a full time job and let us know.
The last part is one I don't need to be labeled as-- I'll make do with regular hours and just enough free time to allow me to attend to other needs, but as far as pressure is concerned, I have been there before, because there are things that happen around here that I need to know how to handle.

He needs a lecture on the relativity of time.
If you are making such a claim as this then you should understand how I feel about wanting Friday to be here soon!
That's true-- that's one of the many reasons that I want to find a job near transportation, in the event of an emergency, which may or may not require immediate action on my part (depending on the kind I encounter), and I need a quick way to get here.
Have you ever considered getting a moped?
Need a license for one in IL. Let me double check that, to be sure.
Well, do that and report back to us your findings.
Look above. Beat you to it.
Confirmed. Must have a license to drive a moped.

My friend had a moped in IL and he didn't need a license for it. That was years ago though. Maybe times changed.
Had is the keyword here. Maybe at the time he had a moped, the law didn't require the rider/owner to have a driver's license to operate/ride it, but now, the law does.
LOL. Yes, you did.
Are you saying you don't have a driver's license?
