Hernandez--Guilty

There have been cases where one that never got into trouble, too angel to be in trouble and bam, got arrested thrown in jail, can't afford attorney. Would it be justified if that person actually innocent to be stuck on unable to get legal defense just because they were too poor?

It could happen to you, think about it.

Once again you're misquoting me! I never said what you said so I wish you would stop trying to twist my comments around for your own benefit! I said if people are too poor to afford a lawyer they should STAY OUT of trouble! You brought up something totally difference think about that !

Did i miss something? DHB wasnt qouting you, he was asking you a question,. To help see through your idea, where it could lead, and there hwve been plenty of innocent pekple sent up sue to crooked pigs, wnd a crooked sytem...

Staying out of trouble still is meaningless. It does not guarantee you that you won't get into legal woes. Sure, staying out of trouble would reduce the chance of landing in jail.

BUT again, the point is denied poor's right to free public defender just because they were too poor... is it justified? That is my argument with you.
