I think he got his toys on Tuesday...
Or San Mateo....or Foster City.
Look me up at the Foster City Carl's Jr. I love that place. I will be there alot this winter.

Don't be such a manipulative baby!

Simply put, nanny-ism.

Here is the solution:
1. Parents get off Facebook, ESPN.com, etc.
2. Parents turn off TV.
3. Parents take child for playtime in a park, a walk, etc.
4. Repeat daily.

Same here. During my childhood I remember going to McDonald's only once. When our family drove cross country we usually stopped at diners or restaurants to eat.Sounds so familiar. The only problem is that I do not recall ever going to a fast-food joint unless we were not on the road during vacations.

My dad didn't believe in "fast food." In fact, even when we went to restaurants that included salad bars he would give the server his salad order and have him or her get it for him. (He did tip well.)
I figured that's what you meant.Ditto!
By the way, I corrected my post, it should be while we WERE on vacations, lol. Good old days, they make a lot of sense now, do they?
