Gotta be a McDonell D. plane. Can't miss that turbine on the rear tail. The painting looks oddly similar to it too. From Wikipedia sources, it's gotta be a DC-10 or MD-11.

Is it a lighthouse in Washington state?
 
Astoria Column, in Coxcomb Hill, Oregon, stationed at the highest point in the state.

Depth of 12 feet, 125 Feet high, stationed on 600 feet elevation, takes 164 steps up, 12 cartoons on it. Made in 1926. Cost $27,133.96 to make on July 22, 1926.
