Who would have thought that rocks would become as controversial as abortion, religion, CI's in children, and politics! :hmm:

telling isn tit?

when people put rocks before other people..........

scary

Yup, if that same guy who topped the rock gets felony, he won't be able to be more productive in the society because he will be forever viewed as badass criminals and deserve NOTHING… Mind you, it is only a rock! Sadly, it is not what Americans viewed them.

being a convicted felon affects a human beings life in a negative way

thats how i am applying it to this case

are you arguing being a convicted felon does not affect ones life in an negative way?

if you don't know what "if it turns you on" means i suggest an online english idiom search via google for you

I don't care if two ex-scouts will be convicted felons, so they broke law and I have no sympathy.

They shouldn't play with rock at first place.

you still haven't given us anything specific about the "cost".

do you seriously think they will go to jail for 5 years?

I'm not saying they should get off the hook completely but I don't see any point in putting them into prison.

I support a large fine and lots of community service.

Our law protects nature of national parks, state parks from idiots who messed up, especially two ex-scots.

Americans? Most Utahans angry at 2 ex-scouts who messed up the rock.

I want two ex-scouts to have felony on their record for ruin the state park.

Really? If a storm came in and topped that rock, will the storm be charged?

please enlighten me!

no. if you want to be responsible find out how much it will cost the tax payers for something you are calling for. aint no such thing as a free lunch jiro.

exactly what did I call for?

you first post on here or your last?

and? simple - don't destroy a federal property and/or ancient things protected by federal laws.

simple, if your going to keep calling for the "law" then at least know how much it costs

be responsible. i know America is loaded and has so much money, it does not know what to do with. and its just so rich with no debt or anything at all more important then spending money to drag two gentlman who moved rocks to trail on felony charges
my my

how true jiro

In reviewing the linked article I was reminded that the rock was in a State park, not a National park. Therefore, I believe, the offense is against that State, not the Federal government.

I wouldn't call them gentlemen. They acted like jerks.

It isn't about storm. This article is about two idiots vandalized the state park.

FYI, I'm extremely detest anyone who vandalize the national or state parks.

its not up to me to educate you jiro on what YOU are calling for
be responsible and do the homework
its what you want. not me

do you seriously think they will go to jail for 5 years?

you do understand it costs to drag people to trial, regardless of the sentence after if convicted. right jiro? huh (scratches head) obviously you don't.
ok then
you are aware it costs to have people convicted of crimes and in the system on parole and or probation?

yes jiro aint no such thing as a free lunch.

I wouldn't want that to happen, it is going to cost taxpayers money.

No surprise about you want two idiots go free.

I'm glad that they got charged with felony offense.

Are you sure that they are really jerks? Or those who dragging them really is a jerk too?

Hoichi has been sitting next to bunch of crooks for too long, I bet my ass he has heard bunch of stories that we law abiding citizens have NOT heard. And I am sure that he (Hoichi) have heard stories that were just full of BS or lame.

I wouldn't call them gentlemen. They acted like jerks.
