and where did I say that?
Right here:
"a mark in file. State Police will and can see it, no doubt."
and where did I say that?
and the federal law prohibits one with mental and/or criminal history from owning a gun.
and where did I say that?
did you repeatedly miss my post where I said that I have no problem with doctors asking questions if they suspect of their patients being in danger?
*holding my hands over my ears* Oh, wait, I can just turn off my HAs.And again, how are pediatricians to determine that a child is at risk without asking if there is a gun in the home. And if you say, "Wait until something happens", I will scream.
Right here:

right. When giving a permission for state police to run a background check on me, all they need is ANY reason - even far-fetched one to deny me of rights to own a gun.
Maryland Police Department frequently abuses this and get away with nearly everything simply because they had a probable cause... a very far-fetched one and it's more than good enough for judges not to warrant any investigation of civil rights violation.
Unfettered gun rights means no restrictions. So unfettered gun rights means those restrictions would be out the window. Be careful what you ask for.
You are soo, sosoooo wrong.
Go back and read the OP. You are so far off target that you have even lost track of the issues.
I know exactly what I ask for because it's for law-abiding citizens but shouldn't you have any common sense to know any better?

ah yes... one of your classic obfuscation tactic
Don't you understand that unfettered means it would apply to law abiding and non law abiding alike? It would apply to all equally, no restrictions.
No. Not at all. You have strayed completely from the topic, which is pediatricians asking their patients' parents if they have a gun in the home to open the door to discuss gun safety with those parents that are gun owner. You have gone off on some paranoid tangent about the state police getting to your medical records. Totally unrelated.
I'm sorry you can't see a big picture. Maybe it's because your state and my state is different.
private practitioners have to abide by state laws. Then it's a problem with the state, not the private practitioners.
feels bad, man.Policia, policia; why can't you see: your bullets will never pacify me, I dont fight the world; the world fights me 'cause the gang in control is the ****in' PD.
And why would one with common sense would think that I'd want unfettered rights for criminals?
Don't be silly... You're making mountains out of molehills. Instead of playing "around and around and around" game.... I ask you this - do you believe that we law-abiding citizens should have unfettered rights to Amendment 2?
You are failing to see the big picture because this has absolutely nothing to do with the doctors asking questions related to guns.
I'm sorry you can't see a big picture. Maybe it's because your state and my state is different.
So you have no problem with doctors marking it in their files?
Because you said you wanted unfettered gun rights, and unfettered gun rights means no interference from the law, period. You don't even understand what you are saying, evidently.
