I had heard of programs where nurses or doctors would be obliged to work somewhere after graduation in exchange for help with tuition fees but I didn't know that would be considered "loan forgiveness".

So, those students demanding loan forgiveness just wants their debts eradicated, no obligations? Somehow I have a hard time believing that. Are you sure they are not asking for loan forgiveness as what was posted in that article I linked to?

No, they are not demanding that their debts just be eradicated and wiped out. To even think such would be absurd. It is a gross misrepresentation of the premise behind the protest.

How was she able to calculate it? She is of high intelligence and has advanced education. She didn't go to a 2 year community college.

And, yet, she is able to understand the position of those whose situation differs from hers. Go figure.
