 It's possible as I myself pointed out. The fact is we have no way of knowing for sure. Fracture may have happened when his head hit the ground too. :dunno:

It's possible that there really is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Probale...not so much.

Volunteer lawyers help 'Occupy' protesters through legal system - Politics Wires - MiamiHerald.com

"They stood their ground, the president came and went and there was no problem. But there's always that constant pushback," Sobel said. "That's why the lawyers are so critical, because they can give information to the protesters and vigorously arm them with the law. And the law's on their side."

True. But how likely is it they would buy these things and take them to protests? I can only think of things like canned chipped beef, nuts in jars (it's cheaper to buy them in bags) and preserves and canning jars off the top of my head. I think throwing canning jars is a waste of perfectly good jars.
I suppose some people could bring objects with them specifically to use as missiles rather than as snacks.

I'm not saying that they did in this instance. I'm saying it's possible, and not without precidence.

Still waiting on your proof. *shrug* Just because you continue to babble on doesn't make it so. If you have proof, show it.

Shoulda just shot 'em all and put an end to it for good!

Breaking the law by violating a court settlement...shame on OPD.

That court settlement said they would never use a crowd dispersant against a crowd? Where?

And your babbling would constitute what?:laugh2: You certainly have not shown proof of anything. Just subtle innuendo and improbable speculation.

Access it and read it. You are becoming very high maintenance. "Do this for me, give me that, find this for me.":giggle:

Txgolfer's mental acrobatics re how the Iraq vet protester got injured was quite entertaining.

I don't need to show any proof. I am not making a claim. I have stuck with "we don't know for sure"

Your link says they were seeking an agreement with OPD that they would follow policy.... Nothing about never using dispersal agents.

Yeah because no one would ever PLAN to take anything to throw at a protest or anything. I'm sure all of the pies "Code Pink" throws were purchased on the spur of the moment too. :laugh2:

You aren't? I thought you were claiming these people were engaging in illegal behavior, and that they started throwing objects provoking the cops. Hmmm...I'm sure I saw that somewhere.:hmm:

Fighting with the cops is hardly the intent of the OWS protest. Even though the conservative right wants to make it appear that way. Perhaps they are the ones planning and throwing objects?:cool2:
