Saying a protest was "peaceful" when there are eye witness reports that protesters were armed, is just as bad as saying the holocaust was a hoax.

Saying there were absolutely no shots fired at the National Guard - when the FBI documented that there actually were shots fired, is just as bad as saying the holocaust was a hoax.


I'm sorry, but I am not foolhardy enough to believe that 28 guardsmen all turned at the same time and started firing for absolutely no reason. I am not stupid enough to buy that.

Actually - the Supreme Court ruled in their favor - so ... it was proven they did fire for a reason.

Being careful here - I never said the students deserved to get shot .... try as hard as you want to .... I never condoned that

The FBI report was retracted. What part of that don't you understand. All of the evidence shows that no shots were fired at the National Guard.

And the film of the OWS protests show that it was peaceful until police officers fired tear gas canisters and flash grenades.

BTW, regarding the injured Marine...you have failed to answer my question.

You still haven't provided anything to support that Supreme Court Decision. Didn't you just get on me for not providing a link...when I had already referenced it?

Considering how much you misread in the Wiki article you thought supported you, we can't trust that you have read the Supreme Court decision properly, either.

A thrown rock or bottle would be more likely to do it. Especially since the video shows the cannisters be tossed for the most part. You can see them flipping in the air with an arc. :dunno: Hopefully we will hear soon.

Exactly. Why? Because the Guardsmen were responsible for unjustified killing of their children.

Well ... we could BOTH search for the so called declassified FBI report that confirmed a sniper was there ....

I am sure you would contest it even then.

Not the type of and severity of fracture that he received. Docs have already said so.

Plus, according to the location of his wound and the area of his brain that is damaged, he would have had to be hit in the face. He was facing the police when they opened fire. What direction would a projectile have had to come from to hit him in the face?

That big dude that walked up behind him with the black sweatshirt? He was holding what looked like a flashlight, when he passed him, his hands were in his pocket.

Just saying .... you really are too quick to villify the police in this incident - but as you lived through the Kent State shootings, I can see why you would be biased.
