Well ... we could BOTH search for the so called declassified FBI report that confirmed a sniper was there ....

I am sure you would contest it even then.

Honey, I lived through it. This is not obscure history I never learned about and have to Google.

You hanging onto some claim of a non-existent report is sad.

That big dude that walked up behind him with the black sweatshirt? He was holding what looked like a flashlight, when he passed him, his hands were in his pocket.

Just saying ....

Didn't you read what she said? His injury was the result of strike in front of him... not from behind.

If he was hit from the back, wouldn't his eyesight be affected?

Depends exactly where the blow landed, but yes. It would not have been his speech centers.

That is what i thought. I have to admit that I'm not extremely knowledgable about the functions of lobes in the brain.

Let me rephrase that. Wouldn't it affect his ability to recongize words or objects?

Objects, yes. And his ability to name them. He could say the words, but he would not be able to recall the name of what he was looking at. As it stands, his ability to speak is affected.

Thanks. The students appear to be peaceful and I don't get why the Guard was there.

well just to keep it under control but I'm just wondering why the needs of military-grade weapon. Because of this, this completely changed the way they handle the riots.... that's why you see riot police with just baton and shield, never guns.

Not the type of and severity of fracture that he received. Docs have already said so.

Plus, according to the location of his wound and the area of his brain that is damaged, he would have had to be hit in the face. He was facing the police when they opened fire. What direction would a projectile have had to come from to hit him in the face?

Video shows him turning his head here and there. If there is a video that shows the actual contact, post it. Until then it is unknown.

I doubt a Dr. said that a rock would not cause this injury. If they did they are wrong.

Unless you have proof we will have to wait for the investigation.

Yeah but the students were not out of control. That is why I don't get it.

Here is actual footage shot at the very time it was happening.

And, I don't think I mentioned, but 2 of the students shot were not even involved in the demonstration. They were passing by.

No, it isn't. His injury would not be in the location where it is if he were not hit from the front. Turning his head or not, he was still facing forward toward the cops.

Where did you get your medical license?

Yeah but the students were not out of control. That is why I don't get it.

that's the point. it wasn't out of control because of Guardsmen being in place. Without them.... it can get out of control.

Ironic that it was Guardsmen who went out of control....

It wasn't out of control before the Guard arrived. It was a bunch of students on a hillside on campus. Campus activity was going on as normal. Nothing was being disrupted.

I don't think the students would have gone out of control but I agree that it was the guardsmen who went out of control.

just a safety precaution, I suppose.
