Granted, but you got lazy you started sporting your bare abs at your local beach bars and started more drinking and partying with new freinds, but because you got so lazy, you lost it so quickly from not going to gyms for 4 weeks so you got then you get to lose that hard-to-keep six-pack abs, you now have to work hard to get it back
