Nope. You need to bring yourself up to speed on regulations in the US concerning businesses and how their supposed to operate. This is typical behavior of imperial nations, where the government gets more and more control over how the private sector operates. It costs more and more money to operate a business, plain and simple. Just look at how much it costs to comply with the regulations.
It is a known fact among those who are underground financial researchers (I used to be one of them for nearly 7 years), that the US currently has an unfriendly business environment, especially in regards to corporate taxes. I think at this time we have the highest rate in the world.
Oh? And you are a business owner? Because I am, and I come from a family full of business owners. Trust me, I am up to date on government regulations.
How much does it cost to comply with regulations? Exactly what percentage of profit goes to comply with government regulations?
You seem to be throwing a lot of words around but not really saying anything.
