I guess you will have to ask Jiro to explain his post.
yes. it began with microcosm. then macrocosm. It worked. It was a new approach.

hhmm... comparing 4 major cities with.. 17 softball games....
I recall that you mentioned that you're looking into going to school to learn more, yes? come back when you're finished
So far you have a working theory, Jiro. Hmmmm.
I see that you haven't been paying attention. I've already posted the dissenting research 2 pages ago.
so I'm still waiting. who?
Google it......There are plenty who disagree there.
Ya know....personal attacks don't make an opinion become a fact either.
No need to. I've already showed it to you here 2 pages ago.
so names of anybody you agree with?
personal attack? That was a suggestion and a reminder for you to get back to it and get the ball rolling.
but hey - that's just my opinion. I'm entitled to one, right?
That is just from this thread alone. I have no worries, but you DID call Naisho out for discussing theories. If I wanted to, I could line up perhaps 40 more examples from the "Current Events" section. Here is an insightful quote:
They kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, "All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!"

None.....I have said this over and over I haven't seen a theory I think fully explains the decrease
What, you don't comprehend sound efffects? Are you deaf or something?I really don't get the point of some of those. If I try to make a joke here, atleast I will try to make it work with all audiences. Those seem catered towards the hearing only, I doubt most of the deafies are understanding what the meaning is.
True....only you know what your intent was.

Good thing some people don't realize how loud you really are while going to a public bathroom using the toilet. Your body is your own boom box.
Michael Ledeen on Reuben Greenberg on National Review OnlineReuben Greenberg, the longtime (23-plus years) chief of the Charleston, South Carolina, police department, retired on Tuesday. In the words of Charleston Post and Courier reporter David Slade, he "turned the . . . Police Department into a national model. In the process, he became a celebrity and a source of pride for the city . . . "
Reuben Greenberg was undoubtedly the ultimate "man bites dog" story, for what could be more unlikely than a black, Orthodox Jew from Texas transforming a city in the heart of the Confederacy from a crime-ridden center of corruption to a uniquely well-managed place that cracked down on crime at the same time it virtually eliminated police brutality — and even rudeness? Greenberg told his cops that their job was not to punish (that was up to the courts), but to make arrests, and in order to do that they had to be on good terms with the citizens. Thus, he said early on in his memorable tenure, he would defend a policeman for using "excessive force" to make an arrest, but he would fire anyone who used abusive language with a citizen.
So he put his cops out on the streets, not in cars. They walked, they rode bicycles and horses, and were accessible to "normal people," who might not have wanted to call or visit headquarters.
It worked, and Reuben soon became a media celebrity. The Los Angeles Times headlined its profile, "A Black, Jewish, Roller-Skating Cop Brings A New Way to Fight Crime to the Old South," and even 60 Minutes gave him his 20 minutes of fame. He was in great demand by urban police forces looking for solutions to their crime problems, and it may well be that he contributed broadly to the nation-wide drop in crime that we now see across the country. Although he was offered numerous high-profile and high-paying jobs (including, I believe, New York, Washington, and Los Angeles), he was happy and remained in Charleston.
I met him on a trip to South Africa while apartheid still existed; during the trip there were two unforgettable events. The first came in a public meeting. Reuben was on stage with the South African interior minister, who asked Reuben what he thought about the regime's handling of anti-racist demonstrations. Greenberg at first declined to speak, saying it was not proper for him to come to a foreign country and speak publicly about their methods, but the minister insisted, and so Greenberg laid him out. "Your men beat up demonstrators, they deliberately hurt the people for demanding their civil rights. That is not the job of police, and it guarantees that the police will not be able to do their real job, which is protecting the people from criminals. You are doing it entirely wrong, and it turns my stomach."
He was never one to mince words, once his opinions were solicited....
I actually didn't mention Cuba's poverty. I only mentioned the corruption and tyranny found in Cuba. Surely that's not due to our embargo. Still, I seriously doubt Cuba would be much more prosperous if we were to open trade with them.pst pst - Cuba is poor because of our embargo.
How do we do that? We're the ones printing bills worth 100 trillion new Zimbabwe dollars? We're ruling the country with an iron fist? And I don't know about you, but I don't really see a lot of products with "Made in Zimbabwe" on store shelves. Where do you get this stuff?Zimbabwe is poor because we kept them poor for cheap labor to manufacture our overpriced products.
Hey Jiro? I think Ron Paul hacked into your account and started posting in your name. I'm not sure what to say to this. Normally, I'd ask about your source or your evidence, but what's the point? We make Iran and North Korea the "axis of evil" to keep our military industrial complex alive and profitable.
I can slurp to that.*sipping my extra large slurpee* ah... America.... fuck yea
I've never seen any attempts at Marxism lead to a reduction in slavery. I doubt people working in hard labor camps feel like they've been liberated by Marxism. The west, on the other hand, eradicated slavery on their own.C'mon let's be real, dudes. How is slavery not related? This can't be denied.
The slaves got paid less or no wages, the rich got richer. Basic principles addressed in the manifesto.
Of course it's best to consider all sides, but the evils of Marxism in practice is such a black and white thing that I'd hope you wouldn't be neutral about it by now. I mean, I doubt you're chilling on the neutral fencepost about fascism and Naziism. Why should Marxism get a pass?Don't get me wrong, I am in no way promoting Marxist ideologies. I am saying the truth is more complex than we can process, and there are definitely both sides of the fence to observe before adhering to either side. I am just chilling on the neutral fencepost, that's all.

And then a bunch of Marxists took over and the economy went to hell. Familiar story.Cuba was once prosperous before.
So the United States installed Mugabe as leader of Zimbabwe, inflicted hyperinflation on the people, and committed human rights atrocities all so we could get our hands on their sweet sweet diamonds... Yeah, you might want to think that one through a little more.Blood Diamond
Let me follow your logic here. Iran's government has been evil for 2 decades before Bush became President while North Korea's government has been evil since about the time he was born. Bush planned it this way and managed to carry out this plan to help his buddies in the defense industry and the military. We're through the looking glass, people!Bush
