Christians Sue for Right Not to Tolerate Gay Policies

Tolerance is about respecting different beliefs and letting them live on their own without infringing on others.

When I hear Christians blaming humanism, atheism, homosexuality, feminism, etc for the evils of this society, I totally lose respect for them. They are losers, intellectually and mentally.
 
There are some extremist christians are doing that, but not just them, humanism, homosexualities and others are blaming likewise. I don't give an excuse for rejecting the Gospel and take the blame on them. Each individual react differently. The way I see that you really hating the christians so much and taken false on them. So much poison bitterness eating you up, its not healthy. Best medicine is forgive one another.

" Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God ? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind.
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
And such were some of you : but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. "

Ok, now I would like to ask you a question about these verses above. You see the word " effeminate " above I highlighted with bold ? Ok, I want YOU to tell me what that " effeminate " means ?

That word " effeminate " I got from the KJV Bible.

the definition of effeminate means: homosexuals..got it from the New KJV Bible...:D

Effiminate means A man who acts like a girl and will not partake in activities that men partake in from rough war-like physical sports like football, hockey, soccer or baseball etc. to adding valuable skills that men everywhere need to know and the competitive battle war-like culture that is instilled in men.

The effeminate lady-like man has no social or sexual interest in women and he really gets involved in homosexual activity from being gay to the extreme form of homosexuality, being a shemale. Effiminate men have very feminine behavior and very feminine traits.

Before you scream at me in the next few posts please take notice of what
I should also say that I am aware there are some men who do have effiminate traits ..... but that is because of the low testeronone made in his body system. He clearly does not partake in homosexual activity at all and he is married to a woman and starts a family of his own. They are usually men that lead a peaceful life and do not know how to fight and are very family orientated church-going men who are afraid to get involved in the more violent aspects of the man's world and fearful of adding useful and practical everyday skills that men need to be skilled in like being the handyman or a jack of all trades man.

Well, it really means man involve same sex with another man or woman to woman. Not have to do with the behavior or skill of a man. Remember, Jacob more as cooking and does the house as esau go out hunt and stuff. As better word, as today word, Jacob does women job and esau did mens job. Truthfully, both men and women have responsiblities in the house and out of the house.
 
Here's the better translation from contemporary english---(1 Corinthians 6:9-11) "Don't you know that evil people won't have a share in the blessings of God's kingdom? Don't fool yourselves! No one who is immoral or worship idols or is unfaithful in marriage or is a pervert or behaves like a homosexual will share in God's kingdom. Neither will any thief or greedy person or drunkard or anyone who curses and cheats others. Some of you used to be like that. But now the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and the power of God's Spirit have washed you and made you holy and aceptable to God." Paul rebuke christians by living in that, telling them need to stop and practice godliness. Bec as paul said you used to be, meant the position, many christians living in all kinds of sins, and paul rebuke them because their body belongs to Christ and not to compromise the worlds ideas and their body been bought with the price. Galatians 5 talks about the same as there also have problem including gossipping, dividing in groups, refuse to forgive and refuse to reconcile, bec those also jave no share in the kingdoms, bec many christians live like the world and losing the blessings. But never to late, each of us, those who are in Christ need to examine themselves and give it all to Christ, what Christ called us to do and will help us to become more like Him.

Effeminiate doesn't always mean homosexual.... that is gender stereotyping to the EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You can be genderqueer (think that gender is sociologically crap) without being gay. Besides, what's wrong with being effenminiate? Why is it that it's OK for women to be tomboys or be like men, but it's not OK for men to be feminine?
 
No difference what Paul says, Peter says, Jude said, even Moses said, Jeremiah said, bec what God has command us what we should live. No, a man who look more femine or a woman more like tomboy has nothing to do with it. Its talking about like how men dress like a woman and also talking about same sex relationship. Some gays and lesbians knows what they did is wrong, but keep depending on God and ask God to help and guide and many other things and not only that, they don't even go to gay church bec not agree of their teaching, its like take some part out and live that way.

Whoa Deafdyke, hold it right there. You are twisting words here. Paul thanked God first then let the Spirit of God speak through him. Here is what the Holy Bible said.

1 Corinthians 6 King James Version

1Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?

2Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Deafdyke pay special attention to verse 11 and then 18th to the 20th verse. I also find it interesting that 1 Cornithians 9:11 is very revelant in today's post 9/11 world that we are living in the End Times.

But instead, you cheat and rob other followers. That's thru vs 7. The rest on above thread. Talking about the end times, those who are in Christ will judge the world. Not meant to judge others now, but to minister or witnessing what Christ called us to do and what Paul rebuke the believers for by going to court for different matters. Remember Jesus explained about forgiveness in Matt 18. This is a serious matter. Forgiveness is the key in christian faith and love, bec that covers multitudes of sins. Christians responsibilties is pray for one another and each other strength during their struggle lives who strives toward the goal and ask for forgiveness and enable them by the help of the Holy Spirit.

Effeminate does mean homosexual...I encourage you to look up the new king james version...compare with KJV...KJV is older version - hard for us to understand...but with NEW KJV is easier...I encourage you to compare with these two Bibles..you will see effeminate in KJV older version and homosexual in KJV newer version...it has the same definition...

There is nothing wrong with being tomboy...I have tomboy little in me...of course there is nothing wrong for a guy to be sissy as long as he is not gay..but it is against the Bible if we try to become a man instead of woman or become a woman instead of man with surgeries...God isnt please with that...He created us for who we are...but his purposees is for us to be ourselves and for man and woman to conceive children as familly ONLY...but not for homosexually or else...

Effeminate doesn't mean gay (there are many effeminate straight men, and many masculine gay men).

Nor does being effeminate imply that one is transsexual, transgender, or genderqueer. And while some transsexual, transgender and genderqueer people are gay, not all of them are - many of them are straight/heterosexual. Which is why you have the acronym LGBT, Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Trans[gender|sexual].

If you don't like 'em, and/or you don't believe that they're morally right, or that G/god said they were wrong, say so. I won't agree with you, and I think it's an indefensible position, but you do have the right to say so. But don't try to change the definitions of words just to suit yourself.

I am not going to be politically correct for you and especially on something that God clearly said No to homosexuality in both the Old Testament and the New Testament Holy Bible.

No, it does not have to do with hating them or dislike them. And not even change the definitions. Even christians who stuggle in their flesh of homosexuality, bec knowing its wrong, even Jesus died for them as much as other who commit different forms of sins. God establish sex for generation and its for marriage, the opposite sex and sex in marriage is holy and God honors that. The body is a temple and should be taken care of. God gave us boundaries for protection. Suppose there is no prostitutes, or adultery or fornications or homosexuals, if it weren't then no hiv or aids or std or whatever sexual disease that will be. That's not God punished for them have that disease, God protecting us from that, and that's why God gave us boundaries for our protections, just like parents responsiblility is to train a child and protect them and gave them boundaries like, don't touch the stove, or don't go to swiming pool with us, or don't play in the street. That's similar what God wants us to be. Many are like children, by saying NO, I want to do what I want to do, it not your business. This is what we are living like and even in the old testament, Jeremiah what israel and judah has done is soo similar what is happening to this country.

Heath, fornication doesn't specificly refer to homosexuals........it could refer to MANY MANY sex crimes.....for all YOU know it could refer to anything that's not missionary posistion sex

Fornicator means sex outside of opposite sex marriage, beastality means sex with animals, sexual offender (as today law uses isn't the same meaning from the bible) meaning offend their privacy like molestors and rapes, orgies means group sex, homosexuals means same sex, adultery means those who are married but having sex other than spouse, and so much more. Like I said God made opposite sex for bearing childrens and flourish which is establish by God is marriage. And that's sexual purity. Are there forgiveness if violate what God commands, yes, thru Grace of God thru Jesus Christ who died for all. Nothing harsh about it, but love and protections.

I understand what you mean...The reason why there are huge debate in the Judeo-Christian philiosophy...I believe they are acting pharisee or relgious type...They forgot to show scriptures instead they just keep on judging...

It is important to show scriptures and help each other the definition of meanings...

Fornication means sex before marriage...
