Yes, and you are still not getting it. You claimed that Obama's staff did the analyzing. For the most part, they do not. Non-political experts from the various security agencies do the analyzing.

His staff (including Brennan, who comes from that non-political expert category), do the deciding.

I don't know if you're clear on the difference or not, but I give up on trying to explain it in any clearer terms.

Do the staff tell the commander-in-chief what to do? They advise him and he may or may not follow that advice.

Here's the thing...if Obama does something they can gripe about, they want him to take full responsibility. But they don't want to grant the same degree of responsibility when he does something the vast majority of the country praises. Part of that "damned if he does, damned if he doesn't" way of thinking.

Not sure why you continue to make stuff up and bait people. I guess you like trolling. I have said in 2 threads now that I don't see this as a partisan issue. *shrug* Everyone has said obama deserves some of the credit.

If I recall correctly, it was bin Laden himself who did that, and it was his own wife who was being used as a shield.

Where did I mention party? I wasn't making a partisan observation.

Making things up? Given some of the statements you have made, publicly, regarding Obama, I would say that it is really a no brainer guess that you are not happy that he was able to accomplish this and would prefer that it would have been someone else.
