accomplishments

Yesterday I managed to leave a thread which I was finding very upsetting for me. It's not that I didn't have any answers. More that there was no way to keep my answers polite any more.

Congrats i did the same thing too... some threads...

Thanks Typing. (hugs) It's sometimes the best thing to do. Even if you end up leaving questions unanswered. If you can't remain civil it's best not to post at all.

True... It's like there was this one thread last night *i dont know if it's still there because i haven't looked... but it was about to make me ill i still would like to go on... and explain how stupid....

Jillio,

Thank you for the kind words. I do try to be open-minded. I feel bad that while not close-minded, that I am just now being educated about the Deaf World. I have to present a report for my class that I have entitled, "You've Come a Long Way Baby." I would love to share it with some of you for suggestions, critiquing before I present, but am not sure how to post a PowerPoint. If anyone has any idea how this can be done, let me know. As I will be also be speaking during the presentation, I will probably include some little notes for all.

Under "print preview", you have the option of pulling the power point up as an outline. Convert that outline to a word document, and then post here. You can easily copy and paste that way.

Of course, I'm sure there are more sophisticated ways of doing it, but I'm all about easy!

Survived a few roller coaster rides yesterday. Helping me to overcome some of my fears of heights. I actually enjoyed it! So I felt that was an accomplishment.

I went to Salt Lake to visit a friend a couple of years ago. They took me to the "Lagoon" park. I rode on several BIG roller coasters. One literally shot you straight up in the air 500 feet, then you come straight back down. Talk about a rush! I liked it so much I had to ride it 5 times, and the wait in line was 30+ minutes...lol

Sounds like an excuse to sniff pepper!

 I wouldn't go that far.

My Grandmother used to tell me a sneeze is like good sex.

It builds up and when you sneeze it feels good for a second or two.

and my Grandpa would tell me that sex is like waiting for a ride at a theme park. "you wait forever for a two minute thrill ride"

Here are my accomplishments for the day...:

Finished one quilt.
Went shopping.
Went to my niece's baby shower.
Went to the barn and cleaned my stalls.
Worked the stud colt
Ride the two futurity horses.
Rode the ol' man. (My 18 year old gelding).. That was fun!
Came home and uploaded pictures to my myspace, and laughed at my husband for shaving his head bald.
...and here I am! :+
