It's probably a lot funnier if you know my mom. She was like, the perfect child, until she had to show up one day, 19 and pregnant. (They were engaged, but it still makes me laugh that at one time my mom was an unwed, pregnant teenager). :giggle:

You have the right to your opinion, and it is pertinent to this topic, given the fact that many people, teens included, use sex as a way to manipulate a relationship. So it is not just a physical need at all, but a tool for emotional manipulation.

Yes, they are jerks. One thing I don't like is seeing kids living in poverty. I know a guy whose dad owes huge amount of child support. He told me that he would love to beat him up if he ever see him. The dad is heavy into drugs.

Agree with what Jiro said, but also want to note that boys who keep scorecards are getting an emotional reward for believing that the more partners they have, the bigger man and more atrractive they are. Their ego is being fed, which is an emotional reward.

WTF? :mad2: my dad has never laid a hand on me (well maybe 3x in my life but it was just a hard spank on my ass and I deserved him for pushing him to the edge)

Yeah, It's a boost to their power rep but at the same time, it's a shame when they don't really think of the consequences if it were to happen.

Agreed. It is very a very selfish act on their part. All they are concerned with is themselves and their rep.

No, my friend is the son who wants to beat up his dad. He is upset because his mother couldn't afford much for him and his brother. He saw his father only once at a convenience store and it sounds like his father is homeless.

That I have to agree with. In my high school, you werent "cool" until you had sex. Throughout high school until my senior year, I said no..maybe that was why I didnt fit in? :lol: Even after having sex in my senior year, I still wasnt "cool" enough so should have stayed a virgin until I was an adult.
