A Thread About Absolutely Nothing! Part III

ever had on slippers at home and leave the house to go work, forgetting you had your slippers on and didnt realized it till hours later when you look down at your feet to noticed you still have slippers on! yeah that just happened to me. left the house forgetting to change shoes hours later look down and Oo.. well hello slippers! oh well at least they are comfy! lol

Well, several years ago, I was late for work so I hurried and got 2 different sets of shoes put on... I wasn't paying attention and when I got to work, and people were looking down at my feet. I looked down... s&#@! Oh well... I was late so what could I do.. but later on I had a laugh about it. :)

Yet.... :naughty:

:laugh2:

I go barefoot at home too... no need for slippers here. :P

I think the worst for me (recently ) was being in such a big rush and I tried to catch a door that was closing ( hospitals in certain areas are super secure and the doors are quick to latch ) and I tried to squeeze through and it caught the tail end of my medical coat and trapped me in the door! :( I was stuck there with not enough wiggle room to move my badge to open the door but enough to flail and get pi**ed off that I was stuck! Stupid double doors... It was only for about 5 minutes but everyone had a good laugh.... Took me a while to find the humor... I was laughing in embarrassment not in humor for the first few weeks.... :squint: Why didn't I just scan my badge to reopen the door as I was walking through? Because I wanted to be a ninja, that's why. :squint:

I'm so guilty... I did a WDWCP stint once, it's not at all serious, an easy elective credit but crazy!

My daughter did it in 2009. She loved it. She worked at the Boardwalk Bakery.

I've had black kitties in the past. Currently have a grey tiger & a black & white. Don't want any more & not sure I'll get any later when these two pass on. I'm almost an empty nester kids wise & may enjoy being an empty nester kitty wise.

I had a black kitty growing up. My family named him Spooky, and he always came running when I called his name. I was his favorite.

Happy Birthday to Duran Duran's bassist John Taylor. Still looking fine!

Our last kitty was a black short-haired Oriental named Ninja. He was full of personality.

Sometimes I miss having a kitty (he was always a comfort to me) but then again, I don't miss the litter box or having to make cat-sitting arrangements whenever we traveled.
