Our neighbor still has their huge Christmas tree lit and displayed in their front room picture window. :lol:

I just hope it's not a real one. :D
 
New bicycle equipment has been set up!! That'll make life a WHOLE lot easier. :D :P Now to get those bike racks......
 
There was a tragic fire out this way , 5 a family of 5 dies when their Christmas
got on fire. The cord was frayed. They had the tree up way pass Christmas.

I still have my Christmas tree up. I will probably take it down tomorrow.

Not THAT kind of bike rack. I meant the kind that goes on the back of my bicycle, and can carry laptops and such. There's a certain kind I'm after. I need those for travel this spring.

Oh that is where is happen I post this too but thought it happen here .This is why some apartment buildings and condos do not allow people to have Christmas trees. I wish my condo would do this . B/C there were 2 tenants at rents in my building . one was a guy and the other a woman and they both kept their trees until they were brown ! I just hope the fools did not still have their lights on the tree too.

Those sweet, precious children....so so sad. I don't know how the parents can survive such a tremendous loss.

Pretty crazy to build such a large house with no fire hydrants near by. If one can afford a 16,000 square foot mansion you can afford a sprinkler system I would think.

If you have a live Christmas tree still up, especially if you have been running your heater, your tree must be incredibly dry. Not worth taking a chance of something this horrible happening.
 
My neighbor still had lights on his house plant , I am not sure if he keep the lights on all night too. I hope not, he is right over my unit . There is no needs to keep the lights up this long .

A house plant is not the same as a cut tree. Plus, some people like lights, especially white ones, all year. Did your neighbor say they were Christmas lights?

The children were cousins so two of the grandparent's kids lost their children and their parents at the same time. I cant imagine...
