A Thread About Absolutely Nothing! Part III

Gonna be going to Oak Lawn, IL early tomorrow. Has to be early because I have a noon appointment. Will try and get some decent photos from there.
 
I'm looking at the ITP application at CSUN and wondering if I'll be able to make it. I was considering going to a community college and taking a program there if I don't, but I can't figure out which are more reputable.

With Oak Lawn's major arterial streets being wide enough to cover six lanes, I decided to hold off on getting more photos from there until May, when I can ride my bike, and also after my April trip to Woodstock (Date TBD).

I'll head downtown tomorrow to get some pictures from there-- easier to do than in Oak Lawn.

Well, I'm due to go to Arlington Hts soon, but I may need a break for next week. I need to figure out a couple of things for the rest of winter before bicycle season begins in April.
 
I almost talked my husband into putting the Christmas tree back up. I was soo close! I'm not done trying lol. I wanted to decorate it with Valentine's stuff. Maybe I will hide it upstairs in the office and see if he notices. :lol:

Good idea!! since you guys moved in a new house, and decorate the valentines tree. It is going to be awesome!! if you have either red or white lights.. awww

I actually do have both. Not a bad idea! I also have red wire (very soft wire) with tinfoil hearts on it that would be cute. But I have very little of that. I might have to go to a craft store. We did leave our white lights up around the windows in the front windows of the house, I might add valentine stuff to it if I lose on the tree in the office too :)
 
With my move just about set up, I have a lot of stuff to do. I need to shop for some new stuff, and I also need to go and retrieve my electric skillet after my move, as I am allowed to cook where I'm moving to. Also need to invest in a compact fridge and microwave, too. Gonna be a busy 14 days.

If you do that.. dont you mind taking a picture of it. I might ask my kids if they want it if so. See See.. lol
 
I swear I just saw Gary Dourdan's doppelganger. The guy driving the bus now sure looks like the guy. Pretty damn close.
 
With my being so busy for the next several weeks, my regional travels have been temporarily put on hold until Feb. 25th, when I plan to resume again, with my previously planned trip to Arlington Hts still on.

With Arlington Hts out, I need to find a replacement. Let's see........ Aurora, IL it is. I've never been there, and wouldn't mind taking a look. Be interesting to head down that way.
