He is too old. I doubt he will have strength to do anything stupid against the kids again.
That's what viagra is for!

Why are you the one to judge?
In Norway - A dude killed two women with a chain saw. Served his 4 years on an island, in a nice house. Now he is working with the forest service, guess what his job is? He cuts down trees with a chain saw.
I like their rationale better, kill em with kindness, and people will change.
And in this case - the person served their time. So be it.
Learn to forgive?
Surely, we can do something for people of lesser crimes but murder? No. Life for life, meaning that they will NEVER get a chance to be free. Ever.
I'm just saying that we can be forgiving. As a nation if we forgive, work together and be just downright friendly, we can lower our prison expenses and have a better civilization.
It works for Norway, Sweden and a couple of other countries. I don't see why it can't here.
Forgiving?? Ever been to a rape crisis center? Ever really talked to someone who has been raped and left for dead? Ever had your child raped by a grown man? Or someone in ur family who has? Or....even urself, been raped repeatedly, beat, tortured and left for dead?....Maybe even buried alive, as one raptist did here in Jacksonville after he raped the child repeatedly, beat and starved her and buried her alive! He was EXECUTED! Thank God for that!
Forgiving? Forgetting? If you're the victim, good luck! Not gonna happen!!
So we're "supposed" to say...."ahh, that's alright! I forgive ya! KNow you didn't mean it!" "Come on over and have dinner sometime"!!
Child molesters/sexual predators are nothing but animals.....not people that we bring home, feed, give a roof over their heads, and a pat occasionally "good boy!!"
You do not know what I've seen, where I've come from.
I can say, forgiveness is possible. For some, it is not.
But that's fine, each of us are entitled to our opinions.
Just think about it - If you were a victim and you TRULY forgave the person, you will feel better about yourself as opposed to being a victim and drown in the sorrows.
I do agree on that the violation is very bad and should never happen.

I would understand and forgiveness is possible but for those who repeats 3 times, whats point of forgiveness?
This scumbag repeats same thing three times, and prey on as young as 4 years old. Three strikes your dead!
If they're repeat offenders, then the justice system is broken.
I can agree on that the justice system is broken... Due to the fact if a sex offender is release they are labeled for the rest of their lives and harassed by the public by having their address listed and what not.. Many are pushed to become homeless due to they basically can not live anywhere due to the strict laws on where they can or can not live. Many have set up camps.. and then are also thrown out of campsites. They can not find jobs ect.. How is it possible for the ones that does not re offend to get their lives back to normal?
Yeah, thats Megan's law. I think it is somewhat too far.
And just a thought: Norway's longest sentence issued was 21 year. There has been no executions in Norway either.
And Norway has a LOW homicide rate. 5 TIMES lower than the USA.

But 10 years after his last arrest, as Sypnier prepared to shed the closely monitored lifestyle of the halfway house, its director warned that the spry and active Sypnier has not changed from the manipulator who used his grandfatherly charm to snare and rape victims as young as 4.
Ditto!this is not his first offense, probably third offense
Sorry.... he does have strength to do this again. He should have remained in the jail.
