You can teach him now.. I've been signing and talking to my 3 boys since they were born to now..they picked up on words and signs pretty well when they began to understand better, except my youngest, he's only 2 mos old.. but I still sign and talk to him both at the same time..;)

Yeow..It's happened to me before with my cat when she was a kitten.. now she's grown out of it but she still bites "affection bite" whenever I pet her or when she wants to be petted, she'll bite on my leg

:lol: wow..If i get another husky in the future someday, I'll make sure everything's prepared and "escape-free" before i bring the husky home ;) I wouldn't mind getting one now though, but I have 4 cats here, I doubt they'd be happy with the idea of a dog in the house :P

lol i do the same thing, they'd look embarrassed and look away immediately.. makes me laugh inside my mind but I know some hearing people are curious.

I rather do both, verbal and ASL. I've always done that with all of my 3 kids.. even though my last two is hearing and my first son is hoh and communicates well in both ways.
