Well I am putting in for USDA Inspection there are some restrictions even for that:
must not be colorblind
your vision has to fall within a certain range or must be brought within a certain range with corrective lenses
you must hear and comprehend conversations at room levels
you must be physically able to walk, stand, and sit for an extended period of time.
use both hands for extended periods of time

I have to complete and submit the paperwork for a physical examination, eye examination, as well as a hearing test. If I fall outside of normal parameters I may either have to go in for another examination, come up with a plan to correct it, or be turned down for a position.
 
The Feds are looking through all their laws to find a way to hang this guy. That they cannot is telling. *shrug*

I saw an interview on CNN yesterday, the man who is poised to head Homeland Security or something like that, he said he'll do everything in his power to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law.

The way he spoke sent chills down my spine. He was clearly out for blood.

Yeah, as much chills as I got in knowing that former chiefs of the KBG and STASI work for Homeland Security. :shock:

its not false information...
if it is then the charge 'would stand'...as per a 'defamation' situation.. i frankly couldnt care less hell even China's govt should be exposed also...
