That's true. Too deadly...

exactly... that's why it's so silly of people to go OMFG! NUCLEAR WAR! AAAHHHH!! Nuclear War/Threat is so 50's! Right now - be more concerned about terrorists aka sleeper cells. Don't forget my V.I.C.T.O.R.Y. Law! :cool2:

agreed.

:laugh2: you surely like to date them uniform boys, eh? :cool2:

time to hit the underground bunkers!

yes... losing California does not make a huge dent on weapon manufacturing. At least the weapon factory plants in mid-west will have more manpower especially from fleeing Californians.

which is precisely why you shouldn't attack Hawaii first. You attack mainland first then hit Hawaii. Once you attack mainland.... the damage's already done and it's too late for navy to bail them out.

Major shipping ports on West Coast (there are over 29 ports) -
California - Los Angelos, Long Beach, San Diego, Oakland, so on...
Washington - Seattle, Tacoma

if I remember correctly - approximately 45% of Chinese products go thru West Coast via shipping ports. Now you see why I picked California and Washington as first target for Chinese? Simply hide military inside gigantic cargo/tanker ships. worse of all.... our military (especially tanks/strykers/etc) cannot be mobilized quickly enough thru major cities. California National Guards will have to defend long enough to evacuate the Californians. That's how we'll lose our Western states.

yup that is the most likely scenario rather than invasion lol... but it does make a nice movie/game, eh? :cool2:

Interesting although I don't see you addressing our military installations in South Korea, Japan, Midway and Wake Island as well as Guam.

If any movement by the Chinese is noted--they would surely pick up on that.

looming economic disaster will force the closure of several military bases. Patience is a virtue. wait for America to bleed until it dries up. Didn't you forget? Sun Tzu's from China... :laugh2:

It's a deterrence strategy, meaning, the use of nuclear weapons will guarantee the annihilation of all parties involved.

:ty: for explainin' it.

It's a trump card that will cost both attacker's and defender's life. Obviously - if the attacker launched nuclear strike on other... the defender will retaliate with nuclear strike as well. Nobody wins. It's the total nuclear annihilation. Nobody wants this. That's why we will not have nuclear war ever but it only serves a great deterrence. :cool2:

I don't think we will allow our security to be threaten by economic woes. Afterall--we did learn from 9/11

it takes money for that. no money, no bases... at least internationally

it takes money for that. no money, no bases... at least internationally

Remember that we have treaties to uphold in these countries that we have our military bases in......

Secondly again--even if we have no money, we still wouldn't abandoned our bases internationally for the sake of national security.

The only country that we left was the Phillippines due to the fact that the government of the Phillippines asked us to leave. Then their economy went to the tank and hasn't recovered.

We have terrorists living on U.S. soil studying how this country works. That is what makes it so frightening.

As for which country seizing the U.S., I hope it will be a friendly country like Norway, Australia, Canada, or Sweden.
If they are "seizing" the USA, that doesn't seem very "friendly" to me.

it's not always exchanged in $$$. There are assets and commodities. for ie - coal, gold, fruits, salt, etc.
Who owns those commodities? Not the federal government.
