chicken salad sandwich and a homemade blueberry/banana/frogurt smoothy
 
Polvi rice with scrambled egg and a grapefruit.

Wish I got a fishing licence then I can pull some crabs out of the bay.

Invest in one! Crabs are way better that liver.

husband and I went out to dinner together - which we haven't done in a long time - and I had a large salad and some lentil soup; hubby had creamy pasta w/sausage and calamari

from Dogfish Head site - it says "Piled high with one of our beer battered onion rings, melted cheddar, and bacon crumbles."

and "All our burgers are served with lettuce, tomato, red onion and fries on your choice of Kaiser Roll or a Rosemary Focaccia Roll." (I picked focaccia)

Can be anything you want it to be. The only differences is the preparation method.

Tonight was red chili peppers, carrots, mushrooms and onions.

:laugh2: You don't actually have to bring it. I aim my husband on his break and he promises to get me the closest thing Iowa offers tomorrow before I begin my long afternoon babysitting!

I do and for lunch I had a burger on a chipotle bun, with swiss cheese, tomato, red onion and small amount of chipotle sauce. And we shared flash fried vegetable sticks.

Plus I already must report my dinner as I am just back from babysitting. My daughter took me to Culvers, where I had a burger, fries, and a concrete mixer.

Good day as far as food goes. :)
 
Tonight was homemade macaroni & cheese (otherwise known as macaroni casserole).
