Have to do quick & easy, so we are having thin cut boneless pork loin chops lightly seasoned with garlic, onion and thyme. Pasta with a garlic/thyme butter (dairy free) and peas.
I forgot to thaw out salmon fillets so I had homemade chicken soup with veggies and barely. I will be freezing the rest of my chicken broth and my left over chicken to use for next week.
