baked salmon, rice and Waldrof salad.
 
This evening I made pasta salad with a mountain of veggies and then MIL wanted her Bahamian rice so we had that as well.
 
Hamburger with tomato and onion slices, french fries, Diet Coke.

Tonight's dinner will be chicken stir-fry with white rice.
 
lentil burger, cauliflower in olive oil and veggie drink.
 
I had grilled pork chops with sauteed peppers with caramelized onions, smashed potatoes, a couple of pieces of bread dipped in oil and herbs and Waldrof salad for dinner.
 
I'm having oven fried chicken, smashed potatoes, mixed salad greens with a little goat cheese and milk for dinner.
 
I'm gonna do some stirfry with rice noodles, brocoli, onion, pepper, and peanut sauce.
 
I had chicken breast, mashed potatoes, biscuit, and root beer.
 
I ate quite a bit of dinner and somebody's still eating. we're shocked. :wtf:

Southern pan fried chicken and a salad of baby spring greens with raspberry vinagrette.
 
I'm having roast carrot soup with ginger, pan fried salmon with onions, wild rice and caramelized asparasus for dinner.
 
Beef & mushroom casserole with mixed vegetables over noodles.
 
I'm just going to have a light dinner tonight. I'll have salmon spread with mayo and red onions with ww bread and mixed greens and milk with ww bread.

Sonic burgers. (5 for $5 after 5pm) And diet limeade.
 
Homemade swedish meatballs. I make a mean sauce! I made it early today because I skipped lunch as I was so busy at work so I was starving when I came home.
 
Pork chops cooked with mint jelly, white rice with died mint leaves steamed in, and green peas.
 
I'll be having baked lemon cod with carrot soup, a small salad on the side, pan seared asparasus and roasted Yukon potatoes tonight.
