Oh yeah! So I can get over with pain! And having her in my arms which is more better than having her in my belly. Just can't wait since I only have soon 7 days left to go... :eek3:

She is your first baby, right?

Oooo, that means the baby is coming! :hyper: who knows? :)

I remembered not once but on 3 occasions the night before I gave birth to my children, I was too tired to cook anything so I had either canned baked beans or canned spaghetti. Strange, eh?

Yeah, I can't wait but who knows if will start labor very soon or wait until May 28th... Yeah, Im too tired to do anything BUT really really want to go out! I can't stand to stay in the house :(

Yeppers, that's correct. She's my first baby :D

Awww...how adorable. Both of my babies came 2 weeks early so I never really experience the waiting.

As for the pain...wellll with the first one, yep, it was painful. With the 2nd one, no pain at all. The part I couldnt stand was being so sore afterwards. I am speaking of vaginal birth since I never had a C-section. Once labor starts, u wont be nervous..u will be too busy dealing with labor.

Yeah. You're lucky for having them in two weeks early. But my mom had me when I finally born on my own in two late weeks. Oops. Maybe first pregnancy hurts then after that, get used to it? Who knows. I am having natural birth but if emerency, then I will accept c-section. Im not looking forward to labor because some of labor are very painfully so badly... :(

WhisperHorse ... Will there be someone with you throughout the labor?

OOOH..2 weeks late! That has to be a very loooonnnnggggg wait! Ha!

Well, I was surprised that there was no pain with my 2nd one cuz my 2nd baby was born 8 years after my first one so 8 years is a long time so I did expect it to be like the first one but to my pleasant surprise, it wasnt. Whew!!!

Really, everyone's experiences with labor and delivery are different. It is a lot of work but worth it. :)

U will be fine! Just enjoy relaxing and everything cuz when lexi comes, u wont have as much time for yourself for relaxation so take the opportunity now to relax as much as u can.

Just one more week...Hey LEXI! Come out so your mama don't have to get induce! heehee! Grab a lot of sleep because you will need it!

I guess so. But if not start labor until May 28th, I will be in the hosptial at 6:30am to start induce.

Yeppers, my mom and two sisters; Samantha and Emily. I want my brother, Robert to be in labor with me so that way I can break his hand which he wouldn't be able going to Army :D

and he REFUSED to come in with me :( to just hold my hand ;)

Take that advice, seriously cuz sleep will be something u will miss after Lexi is born. LOL!

Yeppers, I drove my mom crazy when I was in her, lol.

Wow, you're very lucky because you don't have to handle other pain ;)

Yeppers, I bet it's worth but I hope mine wont be that bad lol.. Since, I am planning to not have E*sp* shot because Im too afraid of needles and even I told my doctor that I refused to having IV! NO WAY! But, they said have to for many reasons, I was like ahh no no no but of course, I do accept but not happy about it.

I will have some time for myself for relaxation because Im living with my parents tho. Since, they will help me with many things since they are hearing and of course I will do most myself. ;)

Yeppers, 7 days more to go... I wish she will come out but lets see until May 28th, if she's not coming out t hen she's grounded for life!

Yeppers, I sleep alot since almost two weeks but at same time, Im trying to catrch up time with my friends because I won't see them that much :(

I second that.

WhisperHorse - You'll do great through labor. Just get as much rest as you can while u still are able to. About the pain, there will be some pains but once you hold your little bundle of joy in your arms, you'll automatically forget about the pain :)

A little infant is so easy to take anywhere. It is when the infant starts walking is when u wont go out much anymore. When both of my babies were infants, I went everywhere. 2 year olds? Forget it! I stay home more!

Thanks. True that I will automatically forget about the pain but I might will not forget about the needles :(

Thanks again

Really. Wow, also one of my best friends that who I would hang out with most because she will have a baby soon too, two weeks after my due date. ;)

One word of advice ... don't hold whoever hand it is, grasp their wrist instead to avoid breaking their fingers/hand. It has been known to happen. I almost broke my hubby's fingers when he had his wedding ring on.

Chilly?!!!! Jake, I'm going to be your new neighbor. *packing bags right now*

Welcome to Australia!

^ It's 24 C degrees (74 F) here ... beautiful and sunny! we're still in summer clothes! :wiggle:

Damn, that's in Northern area of Australia. It was pretty warm, when I was in Newcastle! Despite it is chilly down here!

No, I don't want that advice for my brother since I do really, really want to break his hand so he don't have to go to Army!
