Well I havent been online in the last couple of days, I had no idea Heath Ledger had passed away on Tuesday. May he rest in peace. He was a fine actor, despite what people may think of his Brokeback Mountain role.

Now Hotmail service is acting up - keeps saying there is connectivity problems. I will check back in a while and see. FC - I did get your emails, but I wasnt able actually check them due to Hotmail server problems.

And my diet is working wonderfully, Ive lost *possibly* 10 pounds as of today. Lord I wish I was 115 pounds again - ahh those were the days. But this time Im determined to get there at whatever cost. I just hate not being able to look in the mirror and think to myself 'hmm I look sexy' all I see is chunks of fat and cellulose.

My biggest downfall is my mom's cooking - its sooooo good but damn it sticks to my hips and thighs like glue. I just hope this diet really does work.

Oh yeah, but Im realizing that there's little 'cheats' I can do too. I just have to keep everything in control and Im fine. :D

I had gastric bypass and lost 200 pounds and weigh in now at 230lbs but am still going, slowly but surely down the scale. my goal is to be at 150lbs and stay there. If you think all you see is "chunks of fat" wait till you loose 200lbs like I did, it really is gross and insurance wont pay for any other plastic surgery besides the "skirt" of skin on my belly that I had cut off last year. Oh well, at least I am a lot healthier now but I don't think I will ever be completely happy with the way I look undressed........ keep up the diet work and you'll get there!
 
Jake I have 11 more weeks to go - and god do I love it! WAY plenty of time to start seeing some results.

I wish I could get gastric bypass but damn its expensive. People tell me all the time:

OMG it kills me! Its like they dont want to come right out and say it for fear of offending me. I know there ain't nuthin' sexy about me, so I really dont care anymore. The only thing I care about now is losin' the weight. And thank god the Holidays are gone which will make this SOOOOOO much easier!
 
my hubby, 2 friends and i discussed abt wanan go china buffet but changed mind went to Mexican! YUMMY! hehehe.. we had enjoy chatted then we came home, my hubby went bed ha!

I love chinese but it makes me so sick now that I can't eat much of it anymore, oh how I do miss the days of buffet!
 
oh my sweetie tweety! I can't have any buffet due to having gastric bypass. I don't have all the room for what I want so I just dont go at all! thanks for the tips though!
 
It had started to rain and sleeting around 11 am. I had funny feeling so I got ready just in case and sure enough TJ's school texted me and let me know that school will be let out at 12:30 PM due to Icy Weather. I came by to get TJ and he was surprised to see me. He thought I wouldnt know about it? He is silly, LOL! hehehe!

It sure is BRUTAL cold here!

What about "Benihana restaurant"? They are fabulous food! ! We have been there few times...

These pictures were last in Dec 31,2007 for New Year Eve dinner. It was so blast time!

ohhhh u got gastric bypass? how is that? i wanna know abt that.. i know it RISK but i am scare of this
