Yes, he pays both because he is the owner boss and the worker. So he pays double for himself. He has no other employees.
Our tax system is different.
We give more than 10 percent of our gross income to charities but we still don't get a refund. It does lower the amount we owe but not enough for a refund.

Yes I aware that our tax system is different. Some have to pay tax accord their low annual spending and % of gross wage... It really depend on how many % of gross tax of monthly gross wage...
I have to fill out how much I spend a year to get tax refund including how much I pay tax every month... gasoline, oil heat, etc.
