just learned that my weekend workplace got robbed two days ago.

JClark, is everybody ok?

just learned the logistics of arrangements of when my friend and I will get together so I can pick up the new puppy we have been on list for some time now!:D:D:D

Just found out that I need to replace my keyboard. I spilled coffee all over it and now some of the keys aren't working properly.

:(

Just learned that my hubby has high blood pressure and has to be on meds for life. How much more problems can we deal with? Ugh!

Oh no. I am sorry about it. My in laws, both of them have high blood pressures and trying to work on adjusting to eating habits for long time. Hope He will stick with doctor's order, at the most of time.

Ouch! :(

Perhaps you might need a keyboard cover to protect your keyboard from being spilled.

And here I have 4 keyboards in the closet. One is waiting for me to get my other computer fixed and the other 3 are extras. They are in the drawer with extra mouses (mice) and extra power cords for CPU's and monitors. I keep all of those just in case someone needs them or I do.

I have a spare keyboard from my old PC before it got stolen. It was a laptop but I hated typing on it so I got a keyboard for it. I'm using it now.

However, as the rest of my keyboards are for my old Mac (before it was stolen), I will need to get more spare keyboards and mice. I don't have a Mac anymore.

Unless it's a wireless keyboard, you can probably wash it. Just unplug it and run it through the dishwasher (no heat cycle) and let it dry upside down for a day. It's for real and you can search Google for this. I've washed one of mine this way and it works fine.

I learned that I am very tired and may go to bed early
and that my mom has some homemade things waiting for hubby and I:D

I learned that I hate to cook corned beef and cabbage, but I love to eat it.

I don't have a dishwasher. I've dried it as much as I can. When I press certain keys, I keep getting stuff I don't want; for example when I type 2, I keep getting a new Firefox help FAQ window with my old keyboard.

Second, won't water ruin the electronic stuff? I'll let my old keyboard dry overnight and see how it works in the morning.
