That I can wake up about the same time every morning regardless of how late I go to bed
Same here, but today I couldn't get back to sleep...maybe a nap later.I do the same, and depending on the day, I just roll over and go back to sleep.
I have a huge cat. She is about 35 lbs.
Before anybody gets upset with me -- let me explain. She is turning 7 this month. Since she was about 5 weeks old (when I first rescued her off a farm where her momcat disappeared -- some of you know the story) she has NEVER been a normal-sized cat. I want to think she's a cross-breed between a cat and some larger variety of cat! But unfortunately I don't think that's true, because she IS fat on top of being large-boned! I've had her at vet after vet after vet, and no amount of vet-prescribed meds or diets have changed her weight whatsoever. She is still on her diet.
Having said all that, I checked into GWR and was planning to submit an app for the largest domestic cat (I think I would have lost - I think I saw something larger, closer to 40 lbs) but they said they no longer accept apps for the "largest" or "smallest" animal because they think owners over-feed or under-feed in order to make records. I totally understand that and respect that, completely. So my cat is not in the GWB.
I think some of you have seen my infamous cat-in-sink photo. This is when she was NINE months old. Already overflowing the sink.
I should be grateful, and I am, that my other 4 cats do NOT follow in her footsteps.
How is he doing?
Id love to see the updated picture of him as a 7 yrs old.

I learned about different styles of Latin music. I am still, working on the difference btwn merengue and salsa music they all sound the same to me
I don't even know the difference between them. At least you have fun while trying!

I think they would all sound the same to me too!
there is a bit of difference from what I learned between salsa and merengue, salsa has some pauses. I found out their origins as well, salsa orginated in Cuba and merengue orginated from the Dominican Republic.

Cool. So does that make a difference in how you structure your Zumba classes? When I do Zumba on the Wii, I can hear some differences in the music between some of the different "classes" (or whatever it's called - I don't pay attention, I just know where to click
Do you have the Zumba for wii? When I'm doing the "cool down", I absolutely adore the music in that one. It's different from all the other music, something about it strikes a chord with me. I will check later today to see what that music is called.
