Today I learned that my two daughter in laws may be in danger of losing their job if our state governor Schartzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzer did not veto this bill AB 2499 by midnight. so sick in my stomach after so many people are out of work still.

I am trying to find creative ways to make this unit fun for them.

Shelly you will find a way to make it intuitive and interesting. your students are lucky to have a teacher who puts so much thought and concern in adapting and individualizing teaching methods for each of them. And it is nice also that you still can have neat learning experiences alongside your students.

I learned that it's really important to look before you sit down, just to make sure your chair is still there. Especially in a class of 16 year olds.

I don't think they ever stopped laughing, either. :P

A sweet revenge would be to announce in class one day out of blue and say 'by the way, you all will have a quiz tomorrow' and see how they react. :lol:

oh they would stop laughing if that happened to me. a chalk hidden in eraser? funny. a "kick me" sign on your back? funny. but pulling the chair as one sits down? I don't find it funny because people can get seriously injured.

I think I just ruined the party :aw:
