What did you learn today?

I learned that I don't like grasshoppers jumping and clinging onto for dear life on my neck...

Did it leave a spittle trail of "tobacco" down your neck? :lol: Used to happen to me and their "tobacco" was brown!
 
My family expects too much. I went out today and had checked to make sure I did not need to go to store. I didn't, so I did not go. Now, my kids come bugging me, "Mom, we are out of milk. You need to go to store to get some so we can have breakfast." This morning we had 1 1/2 gallons. More than enough for today and tomorrow. Now, it's all gone. 7 gallons a week for these 2 teens and my hubby.

lol I think your family drinks a lot of milk.

Next time buy a long life milk cartons and keep it in pantry. So if your kids bug you about making an unnecessary trip to the store for milk all because milk's gone. You just point to the pantry and tell them there's milk in there, so get it out and put it in fridge.

Will save you some time. Just a thought. :)
 
i learn that i havent drink milk for almost two weeks... I do wondering myself why am i buying one gallon of milk?!

thank you. :) there were about 30 artists who entered in this competition, only 7 of us made it! the others did not follow the certain rule indicated on form. because of so many disqualifies - their art work gonna be displayed anyway but will not win prizes. :o it amazed me that many did not read the rules!

oh didn't think anyone would care. :P the entries were suppose to be under 11 x 14 -- INCLUDING frames. I assume many thought just the picture ... but they count/measure the thickness of frame sides as well. eep. I almost missed that one too but quickly changed into smaller frame (for 8 x 10 picture).

tricky rule, maybe?

I learned that Florida changed the size of their birth certificates again. Seems they change the size every 3 years for some reason. Had to get hubby a new one. No one likes his original since it was from 1957.
 
i learn that tonight is going to be crazy night: San Francisco Giants game, new tv show- "No Ordinary Family" and videophone with Chef (frat brother)
 
I learned that I signed the check with my name on it and deposit only to the surgery center. I mailed the check. $15181.65 (something like that) in that check which I recently sent to that surgery center. Geez, I was not that comfortable holding that check!! I am glad that it is over with. :aw:

today I learned that there was a shooting at TU (texas university) and learned that I'm actually allergic to grass. crap. that means I will have to use picnic blanket from now and on.
 
I do it best hard work because thinking myself! :D I analyze focus straight to strongest inspiration
